"We had a lovely stay at Sleep & Go expo.
The room is very clean and cute, even the bathroom is really fine.
The location is quite alright as well, didn’t take too long to travel to the city centre.
However, the online check in system is rather confusing- it still requires payment even if I had successfully paid and received the confirmation.
And late check in could cause some issues - we arrived around 10 pm and thankfully checked in fine with self check in instructions. But we met some other customer who were completely confused and didn’t manage to get their keys until we were there and opened the box.
And the bed sheet has a very small yellow stain - but to be fair except that, the overall cleanness is pleasant.
Will definitely come back again."
"It is def one of my fav hostel
Good location ,clean,really pretty inside
Especially the room I stayed was only 4beds and I felt it’s bigger than other hostel,
My fav place was Lounge and Kitchen

"This hotel is really close to the FlixBus station, which is great if you're taking a lot of buses. It's a bit of a walk to the train station, about 15 minutes. There are two small restaurants right across the street, but not much else around since it's on a corner. Overall, it's pretty good and a decent stay."

"The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, inside a shopping complex, making it very easy to get around. There is also a designated Uber pick-up and drop-off point, which is very convenient.
The staff provided excellent service throughout my stay. As a pleasant surprise, I met a Thai staff member working at the reception desk, which made me feel very welcome.
The room was spacious, comfortable, and well maintained. One highlight was the bathroom amenities from Rituals, which were of excellent quality and added a luxurious touch to the stay.
The breakfast, however, could be improved. The selection was somewhat limited, and the dining area felt a bit too small, especially during busy hours.
Overall, I had a very good stay and would recommend this hotel for its location, service, and comfortab"
"The hotel doesn't have its own parking, but there's a convenient underground parking garage right next door. The location is excellent, making it easy to get anywhere. There's a water dispenser in the hallway and a capsule coffee machine in the room. The room itself is spacious, but the cleaning wasn't quite up to par, as there were items left behind by the previous guest. The shower area in the bathroom becomes very slippery when wet, posing a fall risk, and the toilet door doesn't have a lock."
"A wonderful hotel right next to the Botanical Gardens. Quiet rooms. Sadly, however, the doors are quite thin and have a gap at the bottom, so you can hear everything that is happening outside of your room and also can hear everything that’s happening inside the rooms when you are in the hallway. Besides, the bathroom door is incredibly thin and the bathrooms are very echoey, so travelling not solo might introduce some awkwardness if you are one of the people with shy bladders. Other than that, everything was great. Clean, friendly, top service."
"One of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at. Highly recommend this hotel to everyone; everything was amazing, from location and
the staff. You can truly feel the high-quality, star-level service here. They helped us with everything and made our stay very comfortable. Also, definitely try the room service: the smash burger here is absolutely delicious. Would 100% recommend this hotel!"
"Top staff but our room was located towards the main road, just above the gas station. so there was noise during the night (motorcycle, ambulance...).
The hotel is well located for the exhibition areas and the atomium. However, we are far from the center and no supermarket nearby, which is a shame."
"I booked it because of the low price, and I have no complaints. It was a little inconvenient to get to because it was far from the center. Also, the heater was a little weak, so it was a little chilly. It was a shame that there was no refrigerator in the room, but it didn't bother me much because it was winter. The front desk staff was friendly. Considering how expensive hotels are in Brussels, the value for money is not bad, and these little issues are inconsequential. The view from the room was beautiful."

Great
KKate ThomCheck-in is 3pm and we arrived at 3pm but the room was only ready at almost 4pm. The story was that it was cleaned already but ”awaiting inspection”. We were handed 2 bar coupons with a blithe apology in rapid fire French for our 50 min wait.
The vacuuming in the room left much to be desired. When we got into the room on the 1st day, there was a pistachio at the side of the bed. My sister's dust allergy was triggered throughout our 4 day stay.
When we opted for housekeeping on the 3rd of the 4 days we stayed, the same pistachio remained there after the cleaning staff were done. Towels and bed linens were refreshed but the coffee/tea and bathroom amenities were not.
If you choose the Deluxe twin room like we did, please note that the room is 24 metre square and there is only room to open up one medium sized suitcase on the ground. Our other suitcase had to be accessed via the wardrobe which was spacious enough to keep the 2nd suitcase in.
Location wise, it's ideal and a stone's throw from Grand Place - the historic city centre, and many shops and good brasseries. It's a 10 min uphill walk from the hotel to the nearest train station called Brussel Centraal / Bruxelles-Midi which will bring you straight to the Brussels Airport in 17 min on the direct train (1st class carriage €12.10).
The buffet breakfast is plentiful and of good quality (with eggs cooked to order) in a nice space with a courtyard view crewed by pleasant staff fluent in English.
The bar has a relaxing ambience with an outdoor view and affordable drinks. My guide is always how much the increasingly rare digestif liqueur Chartreuse Verte costs. It was €14 per pour. Note : You get a free coupon for a soft drink/coffee/beer/wine if you pass up on room cleaning. If you have a short stay, you should as there wasn't much cleaning done.
Ssam0506We always stay at this hotel, and as usual, the property is very pleasant, clean, and comfortable. The front desk staff is particularly professional, welcoming, and attentive.
We sincerely thank the reception staff for their responsiveness and quality service. It's this professionalism that will make us want to return.
MMsJin says hilton is trashThis Warwick hotel is approximately 300 meters from the Central Station and about 150 meters from Brussels' Grand Place. It has its own private parking right next to the hotel. There's a rooftop bar with a view, which I peeked at but didn't visit, mainly because it was on the same floor as my room, and from my living room window and even from bed, I had fantastic views of the cathedral and Grand Place, among other sights.
We booked the Executive Warwick Suite, which was comfortably spacious for us. Upon entering, there's a restroom, and housekeeping had already prepared the sofa bed. The bathroom featured a double vanity, a bathtub, and a separate shower. The tissues were conveniently placed, the bath mats were neatly arranged, and the toiletries were from the French brand Nuxe. The hotel's amenities were comprehensive, including bottled water, disposable slippers, a refrigerator, a valet stand, ironing facilities, and a safe for umbrellas. My favorite feature, however, was that the room was soundproof.
From the living room and bedroom windows, the daytime view was actually less appealing than the night view; Brussels looked a bit run-down with not much to see.
Cons:
1. The TV in the bedroom required viewing at an angle, though there was another TV above the refrigerator in the living room.
2. Neither of the two wardrobes had a designated area for hanging wet clothes.
3. The hairdryer required constant pressing to operate and tended to generate static electricity.
CcalywenaSo close but not so far from the old town or maybe the attractions which is good, if you’re staying inside around the grand palace, it may get noisy so this place is really in a good place so location is very strategic 😘 From the train station (Midi Station), 2 stops away and you can walk to the hotel easily 🫶🏻 This hotel is kinda old so it gives off the old vibes but you got what you need and breakfast is good 😄 everybody is so welcoming ~ if you’re in a budget and still want a good hotel to stay, here is the place 👍🏻 thank you 🫰🏻
TThian FernBest location ever. It is right next to the Grote Market and just 2 mins walk to the Brussels Central Station. Close proximities to all the attractions and restaurant. The hotel is clean and well sound-proofed. The staff were very helpful with early check-in. I have left my necklaces in the hotel room before leaving brussels and wrote in to the hotel which replied promptly that they have found it and will arrange for the courier of my necklace to my home country. Really appreciate their help. The only downside is that they didnt provide indoor slippers. It costs 5 euros for a pair.
CCansuqixingThis hotel is really old... Don't let the five-star rating fool you, it feels more like a three-star. The elevator is incredibly slow, from 1999! The furniture in the room is also very dated. The front desk sells bottled water in glass bottles for 8 euros a pop – ridiculous. As our Belgian client told us, the hotel's location is right between a safe area and an unsafe one. It's close to the light rail, but there's no elevator from the light rail station to the street level, which is quite annoying. Walking to the city center is fairly convenient though. For the price, it offers good value for money; other hotels in the same area are more expensive.
GGuest UserThe nicest budget hotel I ever stayed in. 24/7 free hot drinks, microwave and room size is big enough for 2 people. Hotel staff all are so friendly. Very close to the tram station Bailly. Just one note the way reaching to the hotel is quite a hike, so if you hate hassle with luggage, consider take taxi. But we are totally fine and very satisfied with this hotel. Thanks for making our stay very memorable in Brussels.
MMddzGreat location close to the city center, with good restaurants right around the corner and plenty of shops nearby. Perfect for budget travelers while still offering a great stay.
GGuest UserLovely boutique hotel in a perfect location steps away from Grand Place, clean, comfortable, nice staff. Quirky little decor details made it special. Great for a short break.
ZZhuyuxixiThe hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, right near Brussels' Grand Place – literally a two-minute walk away. There are tons of restaurants and shops nearby, making it super convenient. The room itself was surprisingly spacious, which is a rare find in Europe, and the facilities were great. Having a kettle was a huge plus for us. We stayed for two nights, and the steak restaurant directly across from the hotel entrance was amazing – delicious and not expensive, so it was incredibly convenient to grab a meal right outside. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for money and I highly recommend it!
