AAnonymous UserThe location and significance of this hotel is unknown. I thought it was a hotel by the sea, but it was not by the sea. It is not very safe to walk to the sea or to the surrounding restaurants (the security guard said). The hotel's swimming pool is small and average. Breakfast was mediocre. The location is an hour away from the city. Although the service attitude is very good, it is difficult to give high marks.

RRabs ShowtimeWe had the most amazing stay at Fera. Everything about this place was perfect. From the warm welcome from Leandro who is bursting with energy and filled with lots of knowledge and passion for the city, to Bruno's care and patience with planning a birthday surprise for our friend. All of the staff was so friendly and kind. The rooms were spacious and nothing short of exceptional, with beds so comfortable it was hard to wake up. The rooftop pool and bar were also great, with a lovely view of the harbor. As a group of foodies, the food at the hotel was phenomenal. We treated ourselves to some massages with Margot, who really made it worth it. We were only at Fera for two nights but felt like we were already part of their family. The history behind this hotel, the location and the staff made our stay in Salvador so special. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you to everyone at Fera Palace.

Bbellawang57Hey, this hotel belongs to the feeling of ”homestay” in the old city. Don't expect the comfort level. The biggest advantage is that you are in the most beautiful building, and you can take pictures when you come out. The service attitude is also good, but I can't stand 1. Bath water, 2. Cleaning, I couldn’t bear both of these, so I tried early check out but was rejected, more than 2000 non-refundable, I moved to fasano hotel But I didn't eat these two, I still think the hotel location in the old town is very good, But pay attention, to carry luggage up, very narrow ladder, if you take a taxi, the location is also very narrow, but after all, is it the old town? There is no way to take a bath water. It is an electric head. The water is small. It is not hot and cold. This is really no way. I can’t bear it before moving away, but I hope the hotel is getting better and better, because it is very cheap, it is really good for backpackers.

GGuest UserThe hotel is excellent. The double room we were given was spacious and very well equipped. It had a central air conditioning system that was very easy to use, and windows for ample ventilation. The bathroom had a hairdryer. The pool is nice, spacious, and has towel and bar service. Surprisingly, during our stay, guests rarely used it. The breakfast is excellent, very complete, varied, and delicious. A spectacular buffet with good service, it had everything from seasonal fruits to cakes, hot dishes, various types of bread, and so on. Without a doubt, there was something for every palate. The hotel restaurant, which is the same one that provides breakfast, also provides other meals at an additional cost. The first night we went to dinner at the hotel and we were surprised by the quality of the food, the mix of flavors, and the excellent service they had with us. Without a doubt, it was one of the best gastronomic experiences we had in Salvador. To improve, I will only mention one important detail, and that is the fact that guests should not be interrupted at any time to check the items in the minibar during their stay. I honestly do not understand why there are hotels that have this policy, and even less so at this level, when it is something that can easily be done during room cleaning and/or check-out.

AAna SuellenPéssima experiência com relação ao estacionamento do hotel. Não tem sequer por onde pedestre sair. Tive q descer uma rampa péssima sem sinalização por onde pedestre deveria andar. Péssima experiência. Péssima estrutura de estacionamento. Precisam melhorar sinalização e estrutura de estacionamento, bem como colocar carregador para carro elétrico. Uma rede como Accor seria o mínimo.

W-LAN Empfang aber von Zimmer zu Zimmer unterschiedlich. Es war diesmal nicht ausreichend sodass wir das Zimmer wechseln mußten.

GGuest UserPros: * spacious clean room * good breakfast opening at 6:30am sharp (doors are locked before then), with lactose-free milk and gluten-free options * okay pool area (no greenery though) Cons: * the A/C was weak, but after running it for one day the room was sufficiently cool (you do need a card in the slot during that day...) * no ”Do not disturb” sign to hang onto the doorknob * the desk in the room was small and very annoying for laptop work (round, glass) * the chairs in the room were not comfortable at all * out of all the staff, only one front desk person spoke English * no laundry facilities * no business room * old slow elevator * window didn't insulate from the street noise that well, but I used 33 dB NRR earplugs to block the noise that came through; there are also many rooms that don't face the street * the front gate didn't open automatically with my key; had to wait for staff to open it; other times it was left open

AAnonymous UserI enjoyed my stay but I had to change rooms because I had asked for a double bed and they put me in a room with single beds. There was also a door in the room (locked) that gave access to another room where you could hear everything other guests were talking about. There were no towels in the room and the shower wasn't getting hot. Breakfast is nice and the receptionist asks for it.
