"The hotel is a paradise if you look for connection with nature, relaxation and comfort.With the feet in the sand, the hotel has a very complete green area, a spacious swimming pool that serves children and adults and with programs to entertain the whole family.
The rooms are clean and cool. Breakfast is a variety of good, with regional cuisine.
The staff are very careful, friendly and efficient."

"The hotel has a good location, which makes it easier to access tourist points and services. The environment is very nice, offering good aesthetics, but the furniture is a little old, which may be a negative point. The reception is good, with careful and performing professionals, and the pool bar is also highlighted, with a happy and sympathetic team, providing a pleasant experience. In particular, Tamires is highlighted by its excellent attention and sympathy, ensuring a quality service."
"I loved it a lot, close to a very pleasant beach, super friendly staff! The only thing is in my room the AC was old and too loud a I couldn’t sleep with it on at night."
"The reception service was very good, the staff were kind and helpful, the breakfast was great, and the location was good for those who need to be close to the airport. The room was comfortable for a short stay, which was the purpose of my trip."
"Managed Business Hotel. Good and central location. Beach is easily accessible.
Touro Loco, as a very good restaurant for lunch- unn dinner, just opposite. Very recommended.
The hotel offers an excellent breakfast buffet with a wide selection.
Egg food is prepared freshly on request.
A huge well-treated pool.
Absolutely friendly staff."
"The hotel is super cozy and quiet! We received super special and attentive service from the team!!
The breakfast is very complete and with fresh options, such as freshly made tapioca, we really liked it!
The location of the hotel is good, but it is worth mentioning that it is far from the tourist attractions and other restaurants to visit in the city!
The hotel infrastructure is good, the garden is super beautiful and well maintained. Regarding the hotel itself, facade, corridors, etc., we think it lacks a little care and zeal.
There's a cool restaurant in the hotel that's worth checking out!"

Amazing
VVicente FreitasThe hotel is excellent, very good service. Breakfast is sensational as well as the hotel restaurant.
RRabs ShowtimeWe had the most amazing stay at Fera. Everything about this place was perfect. From the warm welcome from Leandro who is bursting with energy and filled with lots of knowledge and passion for the city, to Bruno's care and patience with planning a birthday surprise for our friend. All of the staff was so friendly and kind. The rooms were spacious and nothing short of exceptional, with beds so comfortable it was hard to wake up. The rooftop pool and bar were also great, with a lovely view of the harbor. As a group of foodies, the food at the hotel was phenomenal. We treated ourselves to some massages with Margot, who really made it worth it. We were only at Fera for two nights but felt like we were already part of their family. The history behind this hotel, the location and the staff made our stay in Salvador so special. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you to everyone at Fera Palace.
BBurrows and GwynnFantastic clean and recently renovated hotel. We celebrated a birthday here and loved the experience, the buffet was extensive, but cheaper if you book ahead. The room service was a little slow (our order did not turn up when requested), but otherwise everything was great
Bbellawang57Hey, this hotel belongs to the feeling of ”homestay” in the old city. Don't expect the comfort level. The biggest advantage is that you are in the most beautiful building, and you can take pictures when you come out. The service attitude is also good, but I can't stand 1. Bath water, 2. Cleaning,
I couldn’t bear both of these, so I tried early check out but was rejected, more than 2000 non-refundable, I moved to fasano hotel
But I didn't eat these two, I still think the hotel location in the old town is very good,
But pay attention, to carry luggage up, very narrow ladder, if you take a taxi, the location is also very narrow, but after all, is it the old town?
There is no way to take a bath water. It is an electric head. The water is small. It is not hot and cold. This is really no way. I can’t bear it before moving away, but I hope the hotel is getting better and better, because it is very cheap, it is really good for backpackers.
GGuest UserPros:
* spacious clean room
* good breakfast opening at 6:30am sharp (doors are locked before then), with lactose-free milk and gluten-free options
* okay pool area (no greenery though)
Cons:
* the A/C was weak, but after running it for one day the room was sufficiently cool (you do need a card in the slot during that day...)
* no ”Do not disturb” sign to hang onto the doorknob
* the desk in the room was small and very annoying for laptop work (round, glass)
* the chairs in the room were not comfortable at all
* out of all the staff, only one front desk person spoke English
* no laundry facilities
* no business room
* old slow elevator
* window didn't insulate from the street noise that well, but I used 33 dB NRR earplugs to block the noise that came through; there are also many rooms that don't face the street
* the front gate didn't open automatically with my key; had to wait for staff to open it; other times it was left open
FFelipe SobralWonderful! I really like Riviera, this is the 3rd time my boyfriend and I have booked and we really liked it. I would only recommend increasing the range of breakfast options a little more, other than that, they are excellent.
AAnonymous UserI enjoyed my stay but I had to change rooms because I had asked for a double bed and they put me in a room with single beds. There was also a door in the room (locked) that gave access to another room where you could hear everything other guests were talking about. There were no towels in the room and the shower wasn't getting hot. Breakfast is nice and the receptionist asks for it.
