"I enjoyed my stay but I had to change rooms because I had asked for a double bed and they put me in a room with single beds. There was also a door in the room (locked) that gave access to another room where you could hear everything other guests were talking about. There were no towels in the room and the shower wasn't getting hot. Breakfast is nice and the receptionist asks for it."
"The hotel looks good, has a good location, good bath linens and an excellent breakfast, which I would say is the highlight of the stay. But it is the details of the room that leave something to be desired: the shower is weak (or bad), the king-size bed is a poorly made and uncomfortable combination of two single beds, the desk chair is very, very bad, making me feel totally uncomfortable and full of pain, the bed linens had tears, the pillows were also basic and uncomfortable... anyway, considering the standard of the hotel, I wouldn't say I wouldn't go back, but I expected much more and would look for another option."
"Excellent stay. The only downside was that the toilet wasn't flushing. Since we only stayed one night and left in the morning, it wasn't that much of a hassle, but it's something to check."
"The place needs renovation, in the photos, partnership. The place is new, but it is old and needs renovation. I spent 3 days there and the towels were never changed. Breakfast had a lot of options, but the taste and quality left something to be desired. The room did not have an intercom, so every time you needed something you had to go down to reception. The service is great, but it could be better, due to the intercom issue."
"Good hotel convenient room and bed clean towels in a bath nice in a vase steal one-time soap and champoo is located in a bay close to the beacon in a walking distance of many restaurants and cafes but I believe it is not worth the price that is indicated per day it's expensive for him"

"It's a shame that a hotel with such a wonderful location is in disrepair, like the Mar Hotel 😒 very nice and helpful staff. The hotel itself is cozy and pleasant, but it has no maintenance whatsoever: the pool deck is ugly and worn out, the toilet flush is faulty, sometimes it fills up, sometimes it doesn't, the walls in the hallways and rooms are falling apart, the plants at the hotel entrance are dying and poorly maintained, the lamps in the rooms have their chandeliers ripped off, the toilet paper is made of single sheets. I stayed at the hotel for 3 days and had no change of towels. The coffee was delicious but very weak, there were almost no options. There was only ONE lounge chair at the pool and it was still broken and it pinched your buttocks when you sat on it. There was also only one table in the pool area that guests had to fight over. However, the pool is very nice and the area is wonderful, with a beautiful view of the beach, very nice for sunbathing and chatting in the late afternoon. The lobby chair looks disposable and is of very poor quality, and it even knocked me over because I was leaning on the backrest and it seemed to be made of paper I fell and hurt myself. Anyway, as I said at the beginning, the hotel has everything to be excellent, it just isn't because its owner or administrator doesn't want it to be. But with all that, I was happy with my stay, because I enjoyed the best I could find there. 🥰"
"The hotel is good but if I knew the rescue before, I would have stayed in the Red River region for getting closer to the vibe I was looking for. The value I found costly, compared to cities of other states I've ever known, but this is the cost of that."

Amazing
VVicente FreitasThe hotel is excellent, very good service. Breakfast is sensational as well as the hotel restaurant.
RRabs ShowtimeWe had the most amazing stay at Fera. Everything about this place was perfect. From the warm welcome from Leandro who is bursting with energy and filled with lots of knowledge and passion for the city, to Bruno's care and patience with planning a birthday surprise for our friend. All of the staff was so friendly and kind. The rooms were spacious and nothing short of exceptional, with beds so comfortable it was hard to wake up. The rooftop pool and bar were also great, with a lovely view of the harbor. As a group of foodies, the food at the hotel was phenomenal. We treated ourselves to some massages with Margot, who really made it worth it. We were only at Fera for two nights but felt like we were already part of their family. The history behind this hotel, the location and the staff made our stay in Salvador so special. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you to everyone at Fera Palace.
BBurrows and GwynnFantastic clean and recently renovated hotel. We celebrated a birthday here and loved the experience, the buffet was extensive, but cheaper if you book ahead. The room service was a little slow (our order did not turn up when requested), but otherwise everything was great
Bbellawang57Hey, this hotel belongs to the feeling of ”homestay” in the old city. Don't expect the comfort level. The biggest advantage is that you are in the most beautiful building, and you can take pictures when you come out. The service attitude is also good, but I can't stand 1. Bath water, 2. Cleaning,
I couldn’t bear both of these, so I tried early check out but was rejected, more than 2000 non-refundable, I moved to fasano hotel
But I didn't eat these two, I still think the hotel location in the old town is very good,
But pay attention, to carry luggage up, very narrow ladder, if you take a taxi, the location is also very narrow, but after all, is it the old town?
There is no way to take a bath water. It is an electric head. The water is small. It is not hot and cold. This is really no way. I can’t bear it before moving away, but I hope the hotel is getting better and better, because it is very cheap, it is really good for backpackers.
GGuest UserA very good hotel in Barre, a couple minutes from a huge shopping center and 10 minutes from the embankment. The rooms are simple but comfortable, even a teapot is that is already surprising for South America.
I would return if there was a need to return to the same area
GGuest UserPros:
* spacious clean room
* good breakfast opening at 6:30am sharp (doors are locked before then), with lactose-free milk and gluten-free options
* okay pool area (no greenery though)
Cons:
* the A/C was weak, but after running it for one day the room was sufficiently cool (you do need a card in the slot during that day...)
* no ”Do not disturb” sign to hang onto the doorknob
* the desk in the room was small and very annoying for laptop work (round, glass)
* the chairs in the room were not comfortable at all
* out of all the staff, only one front desk person spoke English
* no laundry facilities
* no business room
* old slow elevator
* window didn't insulate from the street noise that well, but I used 33 dB NRR earplugs to block the noise that came through; there are also many rooms that don't face the street
* the front gate didn't open automatically with my key; had to wait for staff to open it; other times it was left open
NNorbert H..........................Tolle Strandlage.
FFelipe SobralWonderful! I really like Riviera, this is the 3rd time my boyfriend and I have booked and we really liked it. I would only recommend increasing the range of breakfast options a little more, other than that, they are excellent.
