"The hotel is right inside the school, in a student apartment style, with a shared laundry room and many washing machines and dryers, which is very convenient. The kitchen facilities are very complete, including a kettle and a coffee pot, so you don't need to use a coffee pot to boil water for drinking. I just suggested changing the inner core of the pillow. After patting the pillow, the fluff flew all over the phone and the socket next to it. We kept sneezing, and finally went to the front desk to change two pillows."

"This was a good property for the price. It had obviously been refitted recently as all the cupboards were brand new. The host was lovely and after double booking us initially, they found us a lovely place to spend a night at within 2 hours of booking. Also there were coffee pods, honey and bodywash/shampoo and conditioner provided which were a nice touch. However, being the basement floor meant that the room go incredibly hot at night, we managed to find a little water fan to try and mitigate the heat. There isn't any mosquito blockers on the windows so you have to live with them or yhe heat. Ergonomically the wardrobe doors didn't fully open on the left hand side as its quite a small space and the endtable blocked the opening. The kitchen was also newly fitted but was missing some key components for anything more than a night (not washing up sponges or liquid ect.) Overall I would say the place is a 4/5 in winter but a 3/5 in summer."

"This was a beautiful location and exactly what we hoped for. The well equipped kitchen made it possible to prepare meals for our family. Staff were welcoming & helpful. It was great to be able to store our bags before check-in. Bus stops, coffee shops, groceries & many other stores are easy to access. The view from the room was awesome - English Bay from one window and the mountains from the other."

The staff were friendly and enthusiastic, happy to answer all sorts of questions and provide necessary assistance. The location is excellent, right in the heart of the bustling city."

"We stayed in Room A, which was spacious, bright, and felt very new and clean. It had a shared kitchen, washing machine, and dryer, which was really convenient for making breakfast or snacks. The location is great, close to UBC, and the surroundings are beautiful. It's about a 10-minute walk to different bus stops and also to a small local supermarket. Excellent value for money, highly recommend!"

"Hotel a bit outdated, soundproofing not very good. But apart from that, everything went well, location is in a safe and convenient place for public transpo. Cozy room. Only wish 2 things were available: slippers (bec the floor becomes very cold) and drinking water."

"This is the best hotel we've stayed at so far on our trip to Canada. The location is excellent, the views are great, and our room was like an apartment where someone could easily live: spacious, well-decorated, well-equipped – everything was fantastic. The only thing we didn't like was the mattress; it was completely saggy in the middle. It's a shame to fall short on something so basic."

"The location was fantastic! It was super easy to get to the city center, so we had no trouble finding places to sightsee or eat. There were tons of restaurants and shops nearby, which made getting around during our stay incredibly convenient. On the other hand, there was a gap under our room door, and we could hear some noise from the hallway and the bathroom area. This was especially noticeable at night, so if you're looking for a really quiet stay, you might want to keep that in mind. Overall, the excellent location was a major plus, and I felt it offered decent value for money."
