"It was a great stay. We did not include breakfast with our stay; we thought the room would have a microwave. The front desk staff are very helpful they advised if a microwave is in stock we will get one and we did! As with everything it is the little things that count. Very helpful pleasant staff."
"With the World Cup approaching, hotel prices in Mississauga started to surge from June. This Four Points by Sheraton stood out as the best option in terms of overall facilities and value for money. The room was quite spacious, though the amenities felt a bit dated. They offer free parking, which is a huge plus for guests with rental cars, especially since I've paid as much as $22 a night for parking at the Delta hotel before.
The surroundings are quite sparse, with basically no restaurants or shopping malls within walking distance. For meals, you either have to drive out or eat at the hotel's own restaurant. It's about a 20-minute drive from the hotel to Square One and roughly 15 minutes to the outlet mall.
I stayed for a week, and the room was cleaned impeccably every day. The basic amenities were all there, and the showerhead in the bathroom was fantastic – great water pressure for a really comfortable shower, perfect for washing away a day's fatigue."
"For business trip ok
The location was near the company
But outside the hotel too many cars. It’s loud and without any green park or something.
The room was nice 👍 and the cleaner did a very good job every day 👍
Only thing I don’t like was the fact that the safe was broken and I can’t use it to store my stuff"
"It was a nice comfortable room but the hotel was a let down for us. First we needed to wait for 15 minutes for a check in with a small child in our arms at night, because there was only one receptionist who was also working as a cashier to a shop in the hotel and just prioritised the people leaving the shop instead of the coming guests. The thought of combining a receptionist and a cashier being a good idea is beyond me. The swimming pool was another let down. We booked it for the slide but in the pool we learnt our almost 5 years old daughter is too small for the slide. We offered we could slide with her, but it was also not allowed. We complained and literally nothing was suggested as a solution. Not even an apology. The posters for the slides are very misleading and when booking there was no information clearly visible that there are such restrictions for the slide, that is so eagerly advertised. All in all, this was the worst stay we have had for a while due to the incredibly poor service."
"friendly staffs, large clean room, comfortable bed and relaxing jacuzzi, enough space for parking, but breakfast is so disappointing, only breads and bagels. They charge extra money for egg and bacon."
"I was satisfied with my stay at the Courtyard. I don't know if I needed to request cleaning services but nobody came to change sheets, towels or take the garbage out.
other than that everything was good. Good reception Service since day one. Clean pool for the family, My grand kids loved it and I liked the gym.
I would stay there again.
Thank you!

"Bath tub is not cleaned well. There is hair sticking to the wall. The shower gel is empty. The frig is noisy at night so I had to uplug it to stop the noises. You need earplugs to block the noises caused by the planes frequently flying by overhead. Breakfast is really simple so don't expect too much. But the employees are very warm and friendly."
"Overall solid stay at Glo.
Pros:
Fairly clean, well maintained, and large rooms (king suite). Staff were very courteous as well.
Cons:
The breakfast was a little lacklustre, but not bad."
Very Good

Great
GGuest UserThe hotels rooms were clean and organized. People who worked there were really nice and helped with any problem.
The pool and weightroom was disappointing though. If you are going there just for the hotel or food tho, its good.
Breakfast had alot of variety with good services.
LLvxingzhongdeJoyceGreat location, right across from Terminal 3. The rooms are spacious, making it an excellent choice for early morning or late-night flights. The service is quick, professional, and efficient. Breakfast isn't a buffet, so you might consider booking without it.
Nnn&nnThe hotel is about a 7-8 minute walk away. From Terminal 3, take the hotel shuttle from waiting area 37. The hotel facilities are a bit old. I arrived just before midnight, and the front desk staff wasn't very welcoming; I had to wait a while before anyone helped me. Breakfast was crowded, and the selection was just average.
GGuest UserThe hotel’s location is excellent — very convenient for traveling to and from the airport. The property also provides a shuttle bus service between the airport and the hotel, which makes transportation easy and straightforward. The shuttle operates every 30 minutes, which is quite manageable, though it can mean a short wait at times.
The gym and pool look great as well, perfect if you want to get some exercise or relax during your stay.
GGuest UserI stayed for three days with my daughter for a mom and daughter trip. Appearance is beautiful and desk staff was nice and helpful but I don’t think the room we stayed is appropriate for guests who pay for it. I chose this place for a free parking and close to YYZ.
The room was incredibly small and structurally wrong for people to move inside the room. The washroom door fully didn’t open and the ceiling was very low so I had to be very careful not to bump my head to the ceiling. The room picture they posted on the website looked great and cozy but that isn’t important anymore if we can’t move around. One more, they had a wedding party on the second day and very loud music was on by 1 am and next day there was another party but it wasn’t that loud. You have to check if they have party guests during your staying before you book.
MMumu999This location is super convenient for the airport, just across the road. It's great for dropping off your luggage and then taking an Uber to the city, which costs around $40, so you can explore the city unburdened. Canadian hotels typically don't provide complimentary bottled water, but this one does, and the front desk even gave me several bottles, which was a nice touch!
GGuest Userhad a really pleasant experience overall. The service was friendly, professional, and attentive—staff were always ready to help and made sure everything was comfortable throughout my stay.
The facilities were clean, well-maintained, and met my expectations. Everything was organized nicely, which made the experience smooth and stress-free.
I also enjoyed the food—it was fresh, tasty, and had a good variety of options to choose from.
Overall, I’m satisfied with my experience and would definitely consider coming back again.
GGuest UserIt wasn't a mind-blowing breakfast, but having it included was definitely a plus.
Making my own waffles was a fun touch.
I had an early flight at 5 AM for my next leg of the trip and was planning to take an Uber. However, the front desk staff, during check-in, proactively asked when I'd need the shuttle bus and arranged it for me (free of charge, of course). This made my trip so much more stress-free.
Both the front desk staff and the shuttle driver were very friendly and kind.
BBijinBooked for my family. The hotel is less than half an hour from the airport. It is very convenient. I have stayed here twice before, each time for five or six days. The hotel environment, hygiene and service are all good. So I chose this hotel for my family this time. I will stay here again next time and recommend it to relatives and friends around.
TTracey Johnson ACSCCPThe hotel was a little out of the way the shuttle didn’t turn up to where it was supposed to turn up to, so I stood in the freezing freezing weather for over an hour waiting for it once I got to the hotel. The Wi-Fi wasn’t working, but they did fix that for me. The room was clean and well appointed had everything in it. You need there was a really annoying beeping noise all night long kind of like a fire alarm chirping the reason I’ve marked this hotel down from five stars is because it’s been over a week and they still haven’t released the hundred dollar deposit on my credit card. Apparently this happens on a regular basis according to the other people’s reviews so now I’m looking at having to chase it up otherwise I would have stayed there again on my return to Toronto. If you know where to get the shuttle which is Pier 17 not pier 40 we’re all of the other hotels pick up. I’m sure it’s a lot more convenient to get here. Bed was very comfortable.
