The hotel's facilities, environment and design all suit my preferences; but the deepest impression this hotel left on me was that every person we came into contact with was very friendly and down-to-earth, and every request was responded to; staying here felt like home. We spent more than twenty days here in total, and our whole family started to miss this place! oh! As a Wuxi native, the breakfast here has a very rich Wuxi-style dishes ❤️ Facilities: It can be said to be very new, but it does not have the smell of a new hotel and the facilities are not set up just for the sake of appearance. The lighting in every part of the hotel is very exquisite and comfortable; it is almost all the non-blazing yellow light that I like. The only downside is that there is no independent small centralized light source at the bedside in the room, which is a bit inconvenient and I can't read at night🤷🏻♀️ Hygiene: Toilets, bathrooms and sinks are all kept very clean. Service: Let me say it again, they have the enthusiasm and thoughtfulness that low-star hotels don’t have; they also have the intimacy and practicality that high-star hotels don’t have. I think it's perfect! What impressed me most: I loved their library so much; I finished reading two books while staying in the hotel; I have never read a book so spontaneously and efficiently in my life! The only pity is that there are no suites. If there are suites, I will definitely stay here next time! My friend and I came to Wuxi and chose the Junlai Hubin Hotel. The location is excellent, right next to Liyuan Garden, so you can walk there easily. Upon arrival, we were upgraded to a room on the 9th floor, which offered great views. The overall service was good too. The bedding was a bit soft for my taste, but I personally found it acceptable. There were several pleasant surprises during our stay: They gave us Ferris wheel tickets, so we specifically chose to go at sunset. Watching the sun slowly set and the city lights come on was a wonderful experience. It was also the first time my best friend and I had ridden a Ferris wheel together, so it was quite memorable. We also received tickets for a double-decker Capybara-themed bus tour. The bus drove around Taihu Lake, and the scenery along the way was beautiful – a very interesting experience. I especially want to praise the hotel's travel photography service! The photographer was incredibly professional and great at guiding us. We were just wearing our casual clothes, but he was excellent at finding angles and using light to get fantastic shots. The editing was also very natural, making us look so good we almost forgot it was us – both authentic and natural, beautiful and slim. We felt like we could look so good in photos! Highly recommend! Another unexpected surprise was the robot show! There were robots in the hotel dancing to music, performing different routines according to the rhythm of various songs. Their movements were perfectly in sync, which was really impressive. We stood watching for a long time, surrounded by many children and even some foreigners. The atmosphere was fantastic and very entertaining. However, the hotel restaurant was a bit disappointing. The prices weren't cheap, but the food came out incredibly fast, making us wonder if it was pre-made. The taro puree with sugar was extremely sweet, almost sickly sweet, and the xiaolongbao skins were also too sweet – even for us from the Wu dialect region, who are accustomed to sweet flavors. I'd say it barely passed; I wouldn't recommend eating a full meal at the hotel. Overall, the hotel's location, service, complimentary perks, and travel photography were all huge pluses, making it ideal for a relaxing getaway. My advice for dining would be to find local restaurants with good reputations outside the hotel for a much better experience.

My first stay at the Atour Hotel Wuxi Jiangnan University Changguangxi Metro Station was an absolute delight, incredibly cost-effective! ✨ The location is absolutely fantastic, right next to Changguangxi Metro Station, super convenient for getting around. Jiangnan University is within walking distance, and it's nestled against Changguangxi Wetland Park, offering a tranquil and serene environment, far from the hustle and bustle of the city – perfect for a relaxing vacation. The hotel is newly opened, with a simple yet elegant decor that evokes the poetic charm of Jiangnan. Cleanliness was impeccable; the rooms were spacious, bright, and odor-free. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the toiletries were of high quality. The bathroom had a separate shower and toilet area, making for a very comfortable stay. The front desk service was warm and attentive, especially Lingzhi's service. Check-in and check-out were efficient and polite, with attention to detail. The breakfast was varied and authentic, and they even offered heartwarming late-night snacks. Parking was also convenient. It's perfect for business trips, family vacations, or visiting relatives near Jiangnan University. Truly a hidden gem at Atour! My stay exceeded my expectations. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Wuxi, and I've already recommended it to my friends! 👍

The room was clean and tidy, with complete facilities. It's very close to Sunac Land and comes with a balcony and a bathtub. The WiFi was fast and reliable. Our housekeeper, Yuki, was available 24/7 and very responsible.

My stay at Atour Hotel was originally just a regular business trip, but a small accident completely won me over with the hotel's genuine care and thoughtfulness. This warmth truly deserves high praise! During my stay, I went to the hotel gym to use the treadmill. Due to my own improper operation, I accidentally set the speed too fast and fell before I could adjust. I scraped my hand, my knee was red and swollen, and I even split a fingernail. It was painful and embarrassing, and I felt quite flustered and helpless at the moment. After returning to my room, I contacted the front desk for some band-aids. To my surprise, they responded incredibly quickly, without any perfunctoriness. Within minutes, they arrived at my room with a first-aid kit. The staff member was gentle and meticulous throughout, carefully treating my wounds and applying ointment. Seeing that my split nail could easily scratch my skin, they even specifically helped me trim it neatly and buff it smooth. What touched me even more was that when I fell, my clothes accidentally rubbed against the treadmill's lubricant, leaving a very stubborn stain that I couldn't clean myself. The staff member proactively offered to take it for bleaching and washing. They also noticed my injured hand made it inconvenient for me and kindly offered to hand-wash my intimate apparel. During our conversation, I casually mentioned that I had a meeting near the hotel the next day. To my surprise, the staff member proactively offered to drive me there and even prepared fruit in the car the next day. This unexpected care and attention to detail truly resonated with me! This accident was originally just a small mishap during my trip, but thanks to the dedicated service of the Atour staff, it turned into the warmest memory.

The surrounding environment is quiet and comfortable, the room facilities are new and clean, the breakfast is rich and the taste is acceptable, the lobby layout is comfortable, and the aroma is a bit heavy.

This time I stayed at Changguangxi Hotel for 4 nights. We checked in on the night of the 30th. It was very difficult for Changguangxi Hotel to insist on not increasing the price during the National Day holiday. My standard room rate with double breakfast was only more than 350 yuan. The hotel It was renovated more than 10 years ago according to the standards of a four-star hotel at that time. The hotel environment is very good. Across the road is the Changguangxi National Wetland Park. It is a quiet place amidst the bustle during holidays. It is worth a visit. We were still on the water in the park. Yueshanzhuang spent ** on a group lunch for RMB 218, plus two drunken crabs for RMB 58 each. This was the most delicious meal we had in Wuxi during our five days. But I also encountered a scary thing while staying in a hotel. We lived on the 5th floor. When we got up on the morning of the 1st, we saw a centipede over 1 foot long in the bathroom. It would still move after being crushed to death. I don’t know if it crawled through it at night. It's very scary for humans. After we came down and told the front desk, we were immediately moved to a room on the 3rd floor. The manager on duty explained that the hotel is located in a wetland park and there are many bugs. The bugs were killed some time ago, and the rooms on the 5th floor are usually not very buggy. Use..., this experience is something I have never experienced before when staying in a hotel. It made me feel very bad. When I stayed on the 3rd floor for the next two days, I was always worried about whether there would be centipedes?

The hotel is new and well-equipped. The management is very friendly. Unfortunately, there's no coffee or tea bags. If breakfast included them, I'd stay here every time. The room was very clean, spacious and bright, the software was very good, the quality of the slippers was very good, I also liked it, I used the hotel's shampoo, which was surprisingly good, the hair was very smooth after washing, not inferior products.
