"The location is very central, the breakfast was really good. The room was too hot even putting the AC to the max (technically you did not feel that the AC was running at all) - but opening the window was not an option, because the street was noisy. The garage entrance will be a bit narrow if you have a bigger car and they have limited number of parking spots available, the fee is 38€/daywhich is a bit too much in my opinion."

"It was very strange that the key card here uses a red light and multiple beeps to open the room door. Normally, hotels would just have a green light and one beep to enter. Here, you have to wait for the light and beeps to finish flashing before you can enter. At first, I thought the key card wasn't working, so I went to the front desk to ask for a new card or a different room. It was very comfortable, and I appreciated the glow-in-the-dark star stickers on the ceiling. However, there were no tissues provided, and no laundry service."

"No toothbrush, no toothpaste, and when I ask the staff to bring me water to my room they said I have to come down to get it. A bit surprising considering that it is a 5 stars hotel, so I had expectations for a better service. Aside firm that, everything else is ok. Hotel is clean, good location and facilities."

"The service was great that breakfast was not cheap with € 29 but great ! Unfortunately the dinner was not so good for us, so we also enjoyed it ONLY 1x !!! That was the washing basin in the living. /-sleep room is a little habitual, the industrial footing is unfortunately too cold in the cold season, for the use of TV, coffee machines, lighting, etc should there be a instruction for use !!! Unfortunately there are only few hotel parking sites and the entrance from the Str. is only to be seen on the 2nd view, if high traffic or bad view, the entrance should be better/previously detectable !!!"

"Everything was perfect: the location, the spaciousness, and the hospitality. The rooms have a small kitchenette and complimentary drinks in the mini-fridge, making them ideal for extended stays. The access is excellent, just a one-minute walk from the Rödingsmarkt subway station, and there are plenty of supermarkets and restaurants nearby, which is very convenient. The grand lobby and luxurious breakfast were also impressive. It truly offers great value for money."

"Nice hotel not far away from the Harbour attractions of Hamburg. The hotel staff was very kind and upon my request changed our room because of a bad odor from the restroom. The breakfast is pretty good with lots of choices. The hotel has an underground parking lot which is 30 euros for visitors and 20 euros for guests, still pretty expensive considering the hotel costs of about a hundred euros per night. But in general a good hotel experience. One bonus is the free drinks of the room bar, including two beers!"

"I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The property is beautiful, very clean, and overall feels well maintained. The atmosphere is welcoming and comfortable. I especially liked that coffee and drinks are available anytime, which is a really nice touch. The breakfast was also great, and the pancake machine was such a cute and fun addition. I would also like to give a special thank you to Adrian at the front desk (I hope I spelled his name correctly). He was absolutely fantastic, very kind, professional, and genuinely caring. He communicated clearly and handled everything very well. I even noticed he was training other colleagues, and it was obvious that he understands the business and customer service extremely well. He really made a positive difference during my stay. There was unfortunately one issue with housekeeping during my stay. I had stayed one day, liked it so much stayed 4 more days. On my first day, on several occasions a cleaner entered or attempted to enter my room early in the morning even though check-out was at 12:00. On my first day they knocked at 11am/12/12.30 and actually came in at 12pm, although I had paid for late check out (which by the way is an amazing option to have), while I was still naked in bed.  One cleaner in particular — an older woman with short burgundy/brown hair — was quite abrupt. She repeatedly gestured for me to leave quickly. At one point she pointed at her wrist as if indicating a watch and used hand gestures to signal that I should hurry and leave, even though I still had time before check-out. It felt quite uncomfortable, especially as housekeeping knocked once and then opened the door quickly on a couple of occasions. On my last day, someone actually came in at 10AM in the morning. I just do not understand. I know it is a big hotel, I know they have to get a lot of rooms done in a short amount of time. I just do not understand the aggression of demanding a guest to leave so they can clean. Thankfully, Adrian at the front desk was extremely helpful when I explained the situation. He took my concern seriously and helped communicate with the housekeeping team so it wouldn’t continue. Adrian really saved my stay!"

"I went for a bathtub, but the randomly assigned suite at the beginning did not have a bathtub. After feedback to the front desk, I learned that not all suites have a bathtub. OK fine, but they still moved me to a suite with a bathtub. The room was not as clean and tidy as expected. There was a blood stain on the sheets. We reported this to the front desk, but there seemed to be no compensation measures. They just said they would improve next time. There is a big gap with the 4-star hotels in Italy. It needs to be carefully improved in the future. At least it should be as clean and hygienic as a fast hotel. (In addition, you will get two bar drink coupons when you check in, and you can go to the bar to get beer or sparkling wine in the evening)"

"The room was excellent and great value for money. However, the deposit refund was a bit of a hassle. There was an accidental charge, possibly due to language barriers. The front desk said the deposit had been refunded upon check-out, but I didn't receive a notification. They told me to contact the bank, and I assumed Germans are very meticulous and wouldn't make a mistake, so I checked out. Later, I called the bank's customer service and found that the hotel had neither withdrawn nor refunded the two charges. The bank said that if the hotel didn't process it within 30 days, the refund would be automatic—but that's a long time coming! Besides, if the hotel withdrew the money during this period, I'd already been back in my home country, making it impossible to trace back."
