"I stayed in a 2-person female dorm, and it was actually great that they assigned me with another Korean. It could have been awkward, but it wasn't a problem. The single bed was comfortable. The only downsides were that the bed was a bit narrow and the room was small, making it difficult to open my suitcase, but it was still okay. The bathroom cleanliness was good too, and the location was quiet and nice. One thing to note is that there's a charge to store luggage in the lockers."

"Reading reviews really helps you learn a lot of useful things. My stay was on the 15th floor, and it's strange but the 15th floor felt like a 'premium' area. There's a sky bar on the 15th floor. The bar has a wide selection of drinks and beverages, as well as afternoon tea and snacks. However, when I checked in, no one told me I could come here to sit and have a drink. The room was very clean, quite new, and even had a sauna. Highly recommended, the overall feeling was very comfortable."

The only negative point was the single bed for the third person, which was not in good condition and was not comfortable at all, tbh it was not a bed! It would have been great if there was an electric kettle and a pair of slippers for the toilet in the room."

Location & Transit: Unbeatable. It is a simple 10–12 minute walk to the Main Train Station, and the S-Bahn 8 and 9 lines are located directly across the street (a one-minute walk). Amenities: There is no free bottled water inside the rooms, but the front desk customer service counter has refreshing, cold drinking water ready for guests. Nightlife: For evening entertainment, the TFN Sky Bar is close enough to walk to, or you can easily take a short cab ride or the S-Bahn 8/9.The amazing breakfast and convenient transit access made my trip perfect!"

"My colleague, who was staying on the 6th floor, left for a meal, and while he was gone, all the cash – both dollars and Vietnamese dong – was stolen from his wallet which was left on the table. Based on the situation, we suspect it was housekeeping because there was a cleaning cart near the room at the time, and despite having the 'do not disturb' sign on, there were signs of someone having entered and left. The problem is that the main door doesn't close properly unless you push it. Even after going down to the lobby and speaking with the manager, there was no improvement, no culprit found, and no compensation provided. This is because, due to hotel policy to protect guests' privacy, they don't have security cameras, so they couldn't find any evidence of someone entering or leaving the room, other than the guest's own card entry/exit records (via a special red chip). Anyway, this was a business trip, not a vacation, and this incident happened on the second day of our short 5-night, 6-day stay, which was very disappointing, and I'm extremely let down by the Capri hotel chain. I will not use this hotel chain again due to security concerns. For Korean travelers, many of you stay here because it's a brand chain, but please be careful with your valuables and wallets. You absolutely must carry them with you."

"Location is great especially for business traveller. Around 10 minutes walk to Opera House, 15 minutes walk to Central Train Station or city center. Room is neat and tidy with a spacious area, which is separated from the bed, that I can eat take away in the room."
