"Location: Bus stop in front of the hotel. You can reach the central station in half an hour. The hotel is quite clean, though the hotel itself is a bit old. The design of the bedside lamp is very uncomfortable. It’s not on the side but at the back of the bed. You may hurt your head or back if you want to leaning. We don’t have the time to enjoy the sauna or fitness so nothing to share about this."

"The best western plus hotel is strategically located. We just stay 1 night before joining cruise trip on the next day. The hotel is clean but the reception can hardly speak or understand english which is a minus point here."

"It's very clean and comfortable, with good lighting and a very comfortable bed. You'll feel pleasantly surprised as soon as you enter the room. The design is thoughtful and the facilities are complete. The surrounding environment is also very quiet, so you can relax and have a good rest. It feels like a pity to stay for only one day."

"Free minibar really surprised us. They were also restocked every day. Amenities were excellent. Location was good tho not excellent. The worst part was the receptionist who checked us in looked like she really hated her job. Super rude."

"Upon arrival, we were initially a bit confused because while there was a 'Panorama Hotel' visible to our left, the 'Panorama Inn' sign on the right actually belonged to an outpatient care facility. (See photo). Don't be misled by the outpatient care facility! The hotel entrance becomes visible as you get closer. Line 2 is easily accessible, and there are plenty of shopping and fast-food options nearby, including many Middle Eastern shops. The breakfast buffet is very varied and typically German. While there are no hot options, you'll find fresh fruit, a pot of coffee per table, and much more (see photos)."

"The location is great amid the hafencity. The rooms are small but cozy. Not super happy with the room service , rooms were still dirty after making the room"

"Hotel staff was wonderful. Breakfast was well presented and tasty. We stayed 11 nights so got know the area. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The bad it is located at a highway off/on ramp. That meant 24 hours each day of noise. When the windows were closed it was quiet. We stayed in July and no air conditioning meant the windows were open. I would gladly return just not in the summer."

"The hotel is very good and clean. The front desk staff are very nice and enthusiastic. I was given drinking water when I checked out. When I checked in, the front desk staff accompanied me upstairs to tell me how to unlock the door, because I had to do two circles and then two circles on the right. I went out for a walk and came back to find that there was a turndown service. They cleaned it again, put up curtains, and laid white towels beside the bed and in the bathroom. The only flaw was that when I arrived, there were fruits and chocolates on the table, probably for two people. A male waiter came in and gave me a fruit plate and macarons, gave me a card, and asked me if I had a card before. I replied no, and he took away my previous fruit plate and chocolates. I was a little confused. There were much less things on this fruit plate. Everything else was very satisfactory"
