"Just one night at Mecure Tallin, but really be impressed. Warm welcome by Reception staff ”Margot” she's so cheerful ,sincere, efficient & helpful to assist in checkin & offer big help to us. So my friend & I could be early check-in after a very long hall flight (over 15hrs). Really appreciated. Room is neat & tidy with nice view. Hotel is so close to airport, walking distance around 7mins. A no.2 Bus stop is just a min distance from hotel main door, easy access to the town. Only the bathroom for taking shower is too small, other than that is perfect. Will definitely come stay again next time in Tallin. Thanks Margot's hospitality once again for making our first trip in Tallin a very good beginning & memorable."

"I was very disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel. The air conditioning in my room was out of order, and despite informing the staff, no one can be able to fix it during my stay. The hotel was fully booked, so I was told I could not be moved to another Superior King room. Instead, I was downgraded to the only available tiny Classic room, which was smaller and less comfortable. To make matters worse, the hotel did not refund the price difference between the two room categories. Because the air conditioning was not working, I had tried to open the window for ventilation. However, insects kept flying into the room, making it uncomfortable and unpleasant. The room was also located next to a large, busy road with constant traffic, resulting in extreme noise throughout the day and night. With heavy rain yesterday, I could not even keep the window open. Finally we were forced to move to the tiny downgraded room.Overall, a very disappointing experience."

"My time at this hotel was absolutely wonderful. I was initially hesitant to book, even after seeing the high ratings, but I'm so glad I went ahead with it. It turned out to be the best hotel stay ever! The staff's amazing hospitality, the hotel's ambiance, and its excellent location were all top-notch. I also added breakfast, which was delicious and something I highly recommend. The spa was an additional treat and provided a truly blissful experience. This is one of those hotels I'd love to stay at again someday – it was just that good."

"This is the perfect choice if you are arriving by ferry, it is literally 5 mins straight line walk from the Port. We stayed here two nights paying around HK$800 per night with breakfast. The breakfast spread is great, not a lot of varieties but suffice. Going to the old town would take around 5 - 8mins walk and going to Viru - more of the town centre is around 15 mins. We arrived before 3pm, but the hotel was able to accommodate an early check in for us, so we had a great rest after the over night VR train from Roveniemi and cross Baltic sea cruise from Helsinki. I would recommend this hotel to people who are visiting Tallin."

"Great location, right next to bus and tram stops, and not far from the main bus terminal. The front desk staff were excellent and always eager to help with any questions. Breakfast wasn't super diverse, but it had all the essentials. My only minor complaint is that on the last day, the juice machine only had water in it."

"Locates near the cruise terminal and 15 minutes walk to old town. The attitude of the staff is average. Design of the family room is strange. There is a wall separating two King bed. The kettle and coffee maker locate at the inner corner of the room which are not user friendly."

"We booked this hotel after our initial accommodation in Tallinn was a let down. The location is great, and the ease of check-in digitally was ideal and the hotel is well kept. We were given a room on the 7th floor in the corner (734) Unfortunately that was the end of our comfort, my Husband and I were both woken up at 1:30am to heavy cleaning machinery being used to clean the wellness centre. It was so loud above us, on top of that a lot of banging and other noises whilst they were cleaning. First of all, who cleans a gym wellness centre at 1:30am? I understand it’s a 24 hour centre but surely it would make sense to clean it earlier in the evening? Especially if it’s situated about guest rooms? I called the reception and the lady was trying to convince me that it was the ventilation and that “no one was in the gym”, which was actually confirmed by the manager the next morning that it was in fact the cleaners. We probably won’t be reimbursed in any way by the hotel but if you stay here, request a room not on the 7th floor!"
