We spent four unforgettable days and three nights at the Seda Club Hotel in Granada. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable, with Ms. Martha providing a warm and welcoming reception that instantly made us feel at home. The personalized check-in process with Martha was exceptional, complete with a welcome drink and detailed information about the hotel's offerings and local attractions. Her kindness, patience, and respectful demeanor left a lasting impression. The breakfast crew, particularly Rafael, were outstanding. Despite attending to multiple tables, Rafael provided swift and efficient service. We also appreciated his exceptional service during dinner on one of the evenings. Special mentions go to Pablo, who provided excellent service on our departure day, and Imma, who made our checkout process smooth and warm. The concierge team, who assisted us with our bags and escorted us to the taxi, were also noteworthy. The staff at Seda Club Hotel truly made our stay special. Our beautifully decorated hotel room showcased evident thought and attention to detail in its design. Every corner of the room featured fine touches and small details that added to its charm. One minor suggestion for improvement: the coffee and kettle cabinet was slightly cramped, and we were concerned that the steam from boiling water might affect the glass shelves and surrounding food. Overall, our stay at the Seda Club Hotel was truly memorable, and we highly recommend it to anyone seeking exceptional service and accommodations in Granada.

If you don’t want to ruin your mood during your trip, don’t stay here. I chose several Meliá hotels during my Spain trip to experience a trusted Spanish brand. But after staying here, I canceled all my other Meliá bookings. The reason was simple — the reception was shockingly rude, especially a staff member named Elda. Everything else about the hotel was fine. The rooms were clean, the lounge was great, and the location was convenient. But the reception completely ruined the experience. Elda never greeted me. She didn’t confirm my booking details or explain anything about the room or hotel services. The first thing she said was that I needed to provide another credit card if I wanted to check in. Only after I asked did she mention it was for a deposit. Afterward, I checked Google reviews and saw that this issue has been mentioned for years, yet nothing has changed. We loved the apartment in the heart of Granada's Old Town; the decor was lovely, the facilities were new, and parking was conveniently located nearby in their own private parking space. We were greeted by a very friendly and welcoming blonde woman who followed us to the parking lot, concerned about parking. She also provided a very detailed explanation of the room. The location was excellent, just a few minutes' walk from the cathedral and not far from the Alhambra Palace, which we walked to.

This hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of Granada train station. The rooms are spacious, clean, and tidy, and it's easy to get to the main attractions from here. There's a rooftop pool with city views. The staff are friendly and can communicate in English. The hotel also provides complimentary bottled water, and there's free lemon-infused water in the lobby. Overall, it offers good value for money. The shower facilities are also excellent.

Ctrip's hotel was very convenient. It didn't realize the plan. Because the itinerary changed, the hotel that was found on Ctrip and booking on the same day, compared with Ctrip, the price is good, and it is clearer than booking.

So, so satisfied! Definitely book a city view room; the view alone is worth the price. I initially booked a larger, newly renovated room, but when I got in, it faced the street, and the bathtub was visible to passersby. I negotiated a change to a smaller room with an older bathroom, but the city view was amazing, and it even had a small balcony where you could stand outside and look around. It was a little scary, but so good, and the night view was beautiful too. I didn't book breakfast because I was worried I wouldn't wake up in time. But the restaurant was so gorgeous that I just ordered lunch there. The foie gras burger was surprisingly amazing, and both burgers I ordered were delicious. One came with sweet potato fries, and the other with regular potato fries – both were great. It's rare for a hotel to have such good food in its restaurant, and the view is totally worth it. Completely satisfied, completely recommend!

It was hard to carry my luggage because there was no elevator, but it was close to Alhambra. It says Alhambra view, but you can see about 1 centimeter ㅋㅋㅋ The location was good.

For me , this is absolutely not a 4 star hotel. 1. Only stairs are available in the main entrance , no guidance to use side entrance if you have heavy luggages. Staff are not even helping/ guiding you to use side entrance via car park. I only know it when I ask. And they can see us clearly carrying two big luggages. 2. Staff are not friendly, you won’t feel welcome at all. The room is just average. There are no restaurants/ supermarkets nearby.

This Aparthotel was in an absolutely perfect location and easily accessible to the main sites of Granada. The communication with the customer support was excellent and it was easy to check in and out or get an early check in for an additional cost. The app was really useful as I could check in that way and had a note of my entrance key in case I forgot the number. The facilities, cleanliness and little extras provided such as water, coffee and crisps were really appreciated after a day of travel. The studio I was in was absolutely gorgeous, modern, clean and whilst in the centre of the town, quiet, so I could get a good night's sleep. The only thing that was a slight disappointment was that I booked the apartment thinking I would be getting a view of the town/square, but I did have balcony views over the balconies and into the apartments of the identical building directly in front of me. So, no view to speak of, but I didn't spend much time in the apartment as there was plenty to do in Granada. Overall, 4/5 for the experience and will be staying in the Libere again when next travelling to Spain.
