The interior of the hotel is nice, clean, there is an elevator too, all the staff are helpful and friendly, and you can have free snacks that are refilled every day. Location is close to PVJ and BMB Canteen. Can walk even. it's just that there is no mini refrigerator and swimming pool in the room"

"I booked a superior room and the hotel staff offered me a free upgrade to a deluxe room for more comfort. Of course, I was very happy with the offer. When I entered the room, there was no welcome cake that I ordered (even though all 4-star hotels always provide it for free). And... the bed was not suitable. I ordered a queen, but what I got was a twin bed combined into one. The staff was not honest with me whether the queen bed was full or not. For breakfast, it was less variety for a 4-star hotel. only 1 kind of juice, there's no sausage/potatoes"

"The location is strategic. It helps a lot to go around Bandung. Near from PVJ and some viral caffes or restaurants in Bandung. The parking space needs to improve. Because guests who drive the car will be difficult to park thier cars especially during high seasson. The ambiance is comfy with the oldiest ornaments around the hotel. Eazy to get meal for breakfast if you don't book the hotel with BF. Overall, it is still chooseable for staying 1-3 nights at maximum"

I left my stuff twice, the first one was my jacket & the second one was my tab. The staff was helpful in keeping my jacket (for weeks!) and getting my tab to be picked up by my driver."

"We booked Japan Suite, and the room is excellent! Complete privacy, clean, and quiet. The Suite floor can’t accommodate children, which is perfect for us. The staff are friendly. The rest is quite average. The hotel ambiance is mostly three 3-star hotels, and the breakfast is okay. We accidentally broke a water bottle, and they charged us Rp75,000, which may be fair, just surprise ☺️"

"The location of Novotel was accessible by car only. The hotel appeared more of a 3.5 star than 4; however the water dispenser at my floor level is commendable as it was very convenient with hot/cold water. The breakfast spread had quite limited choices except on the third day. Overall, I would say the service right from front desk, breakfast (especially Salsa, Annisa and Rena), including housekeeping (Reza who did his job from the heart) were amazingly awesome. Keep up the good job."
