My stay at DNG The Grand Hotel in Kanpur was nothing short of exceptional. Whether you’re in the city for business or leisure, this hotel offers the perfect blend of comfort, elegance, and top-tier hospitality that truly makes you feel at home — but with luxury. From the moment I arrived, the check-in process was smooth and welcoming. The staff was incredibly polite, professional, and attentive throughout my stay. They were quick to respond to any request and always greeted with a warm smile, which made the experience even more pleasant. The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed. The decor was modern yet classy, with thoughtful touches that added a sense of sophistication. The bed was incredibly

Best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The hotel staff even remember my coffee order from yesterday. And when I went to the gym the staff offered me to turn on the sauna and steam in advance. I feel so welcomed by every single staff in this hotel. And it cost only 120 per night includes breakfast and lounge that offer two time slot of snacks day. Dev and Solu are the best manager and staff I’ve ever met. So friendly and thoughtful. Thank you Solu for remembering my order and room number.

Everything was great and my only disappointment was that the room was in a dark corridor with windows into that corridor. We had no light or windows to allow light in. The room itself was well appointed and very large. The staff were amazing and if we were staying longer I would  have requested a different room.

To, NOVOTEL - AHMEDABAD! ” _Dear Management Team, Novotel Ahmedabad_ , I hope this message finds you well. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay with my family (two kids namely Nabill & Nasri S.Majura) at your hotel for the past few days. Your service has been exemplary, and we felt at home. I'd like to commend the front desk staff for their efficiency and warmth. Their managers should be proud of the team they've built. The restaurant staff were also top-notch - great food, great service! Although I don't know most of the staff ( _who served us well_ ) by names, Specific staff members who stood out were; - Dipika, Malika, Ashis, Muskan, Radha, Karan etc. - Front desk team, and, - Restaurant staff. _Novotel Ahmedabad is lucky to have such (above) staff._ 👆 My stay was truly enjoyable, and I've loved every moment. I'm considering returning and recommending your hotel to friends. Best regards, Majura.

This hotel is really well located and its spanking clean. Food is excellent and breakfast is fantastic! Staff are ultra friendly. ALL our requests were fulfilled, nothing was too much trouble. Our room was big and with plenty of space to store everything! We even met a famous Bollywood singer one evening! There’s a well equipped gym and a swimming pool, hairdresser, and great spa! 😍

“It is an excellent, completely new hotel that meets incontestably all the standards of a 5-star.

Free Wifi & Air condare in all rooms. Good value ! One of top 20 with 4-Star hotels in Ahmedabad. Highly recommended. Stayed 3 nights. Andre from Sydney

Amazing room with exceptional service. Only draw back is old tv in which you can't stream anything and even the volume of my phone is more than tv. Room is spacious but old.

The rooms and space is well-done. The location is good and it was clean. The staff seemed a little rude because of which the experience could have been better. Other than that, food, room cleanliness and location is all good!
