Good location

This hotel was being refurbished during our stay. It's ok hotel but not quite up to Bloom standards. Clean and comfortable bed + good shower. Our room did not have a fridge or a bin. Shower mat was also missing but it was provided on request. We had a nice balcony but couldn't use it because the hotel is in a very noisy and polluted location. There's huge seating area in the centre of hotel. It has lot of potential and it's probably the best option if you have to stay in this area. Staff courteous and polite. Security guy helped with luggage.

I had a pleasant stay! The hotel is quiet and very clean, perfect for relaxing after a long day. It’s also close to some tourist attractions, which made exploring super convenient. The location is easy to find and very accessible. Overall, a comfortable and hassle-free experience. Would definitely stay here again!

This hotel was great, Overpriced for what it is, and service is responsive and great. facilities and such are hard to understand how they work, but people are usually very helpful, food was good, breakfast was good, however when trying to modify bookings, one day later, or checking out earlier, they will NOT budge at all even if told in advance and reject any online booking request to modify it. That's my only gripe, however its good, location is good but not the best. Great stay overall, little things were off about it.

The hotel is situated on the rather bustling, historic Main Bazaar street; however, the windows and entrance face a quiet side alley, so street noise is not an issue. The reception staff are friendly. Room cleaning rates a 3 or 4 out of 5: there were several spots in the room that appeared somewhat grimy, and the sink drain was poor. We wore slippers inside the room (our own—the hotel does not provide them), and the soles became heavily soiled, indicating that the floors are not cleaned thoroughly. The bedside table is slightly damaged—I am not sure how the staff could fail to notice this, as it requires minor repairs. Pros: hot water with good pressure, and bottled drinking water is replenished daily. There is also a station on the floor providing tea, coffee, and sugar. A major downside is the food. We had booked both breakfast and dinner, but unfortunately, out of our five-day stay, we only ate there once—the food is not tailored to foreign tourists, consisting entirely of Indian cuisine. Regrettably, we were also unimpressed with the quality of the food: the chicken soup contained floating bits of skin and had an unpleasant flavor, while the chicken in sauce was cold—even though the sauce itself was hot—suggesting the chicken had simply been added to the sauce at the last minute. The kitchen staff wear proper culinary uniforms, which is a plus; however, the tables in the dining area were somewhat dirty, and there were visible traces of dried residue on the dishes. I would like to make a separate note regarding the room design: the color scheme is a successful choice, though the room is in need of some minor maintenance work. The bed and pillows are comfortable, and the linens are clean and fresh. The towels, however, are in need of replacement.

The traffic is too convenient, the bus terminal can be reached in less than five minutes. Although the equipment has some history, the staff has been doing the maintenance of the environment. The staff are also very kind and will help deal with the problem.

To all my fellow Koreans, you *have* to check this place out! It's great value for money and they even provide unlimited bottled water. A lot of other places aren't very clean, but this one is spotless, and the service is fantastic. There's a restaurant downstairs; it's a bit pricey, but the food is decent.

We stayed for two nights. The front desk staff were kind and helpful. The room was clean, but there was some kind of scented sachet hanging by the air conditioner. I didn't care for the scent, which was a bit of a nuisance. The shower had good water pressure and drained well. The location wasn't too bad, and there are cafes nearby, so we had breakfast there. (Cafes open from 7:30 AM). However, the most disappointing thing was the noise. Our room was near the stairs, and the staff's break area (where they were sleeping) was playing music at an extremely loud volume, making the noise terrible. I had to go twice to tell the staff to 'turn down the music and be quiet.' The sound echoed loudly in the stairwell, and that level of noise at 10 PM would be unpleasant for anyone.
