"Friendly welcome, friendly staff
Great rooftop, beautiful view of the amphitheater
Good breakfast, but too repetitive
Cleanliness and condition of the room needs to be improved: a curtain on the floor upon arrival, hair in the sheets, wobbly sink, a towel that was initially missing and then not very clean either
Not bad for a few days, but not very comfortable (very noisy, being in the city center)"
"A warm welcome to this modern hotel. Location a bit far from attractions but many taxis outside. Our room was comfortable size with a big sliding door city view. Shower/toilet adequate and clean. The breakfast buffet was good with a big selection of foods and friendly service. We didn't use the Spa facilities. The gym is small but not well ventilated. Overall, a very enjoyable 3 night stay."
"I recently stayed at this hotel and was impressed by the cleanliness of the rooms and the friendliness of the staff. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean and welcoming place to stay."
"I'm not sure how to rate this stay.
This is a B&B, not a hotel. The location is fine, and the facilities are okay. However, the service was a major problem. I checked in at 8:05 AM, and the staff said the original double room was undergoing renovations, so they had changed it to a hostel-style bunk bed room (since I was the only one staying there). The bathroom and toilet were both outside. I reluctantly accepted. The next morning at 8:30 AM, I tried to have breakfast, but the B&B staff were nowhere to be found, and the contact information at the downstairs reception desk was unavailable. Therefore, the original purchaser missed out on breakfast."
"There really has never been a hostel as friendly and welcoming as this one, always asking how I am and talking to me. After that, if I go somewhere else, I feel lonely and miss it. Haha
I also got together with people to go on a tour, so I had a great time for a cheap price, and thanks to that, I made friends and went to other places together, making a lot of good memories. If you're coming alone, definitely come here. Even if you're not, there are good restaurants nearby, it's nice to walk around, and the tour is good (you should definitely go to Wadi Mujib). There's also a great knafeh restaurant, so definitely go. Even if the line is long, it moves quickly.
And the cat staff that lives on the rooftop is so cute!!"
"This hotel is located at the foot of the Amman Citadel. It is very close to the Roman Theater. The breakfast in the morning was a little disappointing. It was not very delicious. The room was a little smelly. Oh, I hope it can be improved. Come on 👏"
"When I arrived, I was not able to enjoy my stay, as there was some sort of issue, so I was sent to a sister hotel called the Arabesque Hotel. I was thankful that the hotel paid for the taxi. The manager at the Arabesque, Jack, was great! He gave my friend and I good tips on where to go. My friend and I also went on a free 2 hour walking tour that was advertised in the elevator at the Arabesque. The guide was super knowledgeable about the city and very nice. So while my stay at Zaman did not turn out the way I expected, I did have an overall positive experience for my first 2 days in Amman."
"Thank you, the Friends Hotel, the Friends Hotel, you feel like you're among your friends, but you're in your family, the hotel feels the family atmosphere between its employees and other inmates, where the spaces are close.
It's very convenient for anyone who likes to feel like he's in his home and his people, not just a hotel and peace.
Thank you to the hotel manager, Professor Abu Zaid.

Amazing
AAyah.rbMy stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Amman was absolutely wonderful. The hotel is luxurious, comfortable, and very relaxing from the moment you arrive. The service was outstanding, and the staff were professional, friendly, and always attentive. The food was excellent with great variety and high quality. Overall, it was a perfect experience full of comfort and luxury, and I would definitely visit again.
GGuest UserThe staff were cheerful, the service was great, and the cleanliness was excellent. The rooms were comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and delicious. Thank you for a wonderful stay. The only minor inconvenience was having the sink in the room instead of the bathroom, which wasn't very comfortable or practical.
TtcpdumpThis stay was fantastic! The room was incredibly spacious and well-designed, with excellent facilities that felt luxurious. It was perfect for both relaxing and working. Breakfast was a delightful surprise, offering a wide variety of fresh, delicious options to suit all tastes. What really impressed me was the hotel gym – it was fully equipped, meticulously clean, and had a great selection of machines in a bright, airy space. There was even a comfortable relaxation area afterwards, making for a truly superb workout experience. The service was attentive and thoughtful throughout, with quality evident in every detail. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip and highly recommend it to everyone!
GGuest UserStayed at this hotel for a 2nd time & the room was not so clean as the 1st room & was more outdated and had a horrible strong smell! Other than that everything else was good, breakfast is decent, we only stayed for the night so didn’t want to spend much! Beddings were clean! The pool is open from 6am till 11pm. However, it’s for women and children till 2pm and men can use till 11pm, no women & children allowed after 2! But it’s full of men at all times, they should’ve had a ladies timings too
GGuest User🍪 “Warm Welcome & Comfort at DoubleTree by Hilton Amman” 🏨
I stayed at DoubleTree by Hilton Amman from Wednesday to Thursday, and it was a short but truly pleasant experience.
Right from check-in, the staff made me feel welcome with their signature warm chocolate chip cookie 🍪 — such a simple touch, but it set the tone for a great stay.
🛏️ The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was especially cozy after a long day, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and restful.
🍽️ I had the chance to try the breakfast buffet, which offered a wide variety of local and international choices. Fresh, flavorful, and plenty of options to start the day right.
📍 The location is convenient — close to restaurants, shops, and a good base to explore Amman.
Most importantly, the hospitality of the staff stood out. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, attentive, and made sure my short stay was enjoyable.

LLaith Salim DabiesI recently stayed at Conroy Hotel in Amman, and overall, it was a positive experience. The location is a standout feature, situated conveniently near major attractions and amenities, making it easy to explore the city.
The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive. My room was spotless upon arrival, and the housekeeping staff maintained high standards throughout my stay. It’s always reassuring to see such attention to detail, especially in common areas.
The service was another highlight. The staff were friendly and accommodating, eager to assist with any requests. Their hospitality contributed significantly to a comfortable stay.
As for the facilities, while they may not be the most luxurious, they were adequate for a hotel of this category. Basic amenities were well-maintained, and I appreciated the availability of essential services.
In summary, Conroy Hotel offers a good balance of location, cleanliness, and service, making it a solid choice for travelers looking for comfort without breaking the bank. I would recommend it to anyone visiting Amman!
GGuest UserOur stay at this hotel was beyond fantastic! The staff were warm and welcoming throughout, with special thanks to Oulaia for her exceptional service. She not only arranged an early check-in for us but also generously upgraded our room type and ensured our three rooms were on the same floor, making it incredibly convenient for our group.
The hotel boasts a prime location—within walking distance to numerous restaurants and supermarkets, perfect for dining and daily needs. The rooms are modern and well-equipped, featuring smart lighting and automated curtains for a touch of luxury. The breakfast spread was diverse and delicious, offering great value for money. This hotel is an ideal choice for both short business trips and leisure stays.
Highly recommended, and we’ll definitely be back!
GGuest UserThis is a great budget hotel suite, fantastic location and a massive room with fridge TV and air conditioning including tea and coffee making facilities.
The staff were friendly and at a very reasonable price.
The hotel suite deserves a 5* rating because of the location which is close to all the amenities however the bathroom room was of poor standard and a lot of insects were flying around especially in the bathroom.
The drains needed sorting out as on one night the smell was very strong at about 1am in the morning.
This hotel claims to be wheelchair friendly but unfortunately it's only wheelchair friendly if you are not travelling alone.
I phoned the hotel on two occasions before arriving to inquire about facilities for wheelchair users and was told I can enter the hotel via a ramp used for luggage but unfortunately the ramp was very steep although they did offer to help me when needed.
I also wasn't informed that the dining room was not accessible although there was a lift to the bedroom.
They were kind enough to bring the breakfast to my room although it was tasteless.
There was a ladies long hair on the bedsheet and the cleaning of the room could be improved.
I do hope the management will take my advice and publish the correct information regarding facilities for wheelchair users especially for those who are traveling on their own like myself.
