The location is excellent and very convenient, though the room is a bit small – a common characteristic of Japanese hotels. However, they offer two cleaning options: the 'simple' mode is indeed very basic. The toiletries provided are Kao, not Pola.

My dream hotel! Staying here for five nights was such a blessing; it significantly boosted the happiness of my entire Kansai trip. It honestly made me so disappointed with the hotels I stayed in afterward. From now on, whenever I come to Osaka, I'm definitely staying here. The room was spacious, and the mattress and bedding were incredibly soft and clean – I slept so comfortably. I especially appreciated the fully enclosed duvet cover, which felt very hygienic (unlike another hotel of the same caliber I stayed in later, where they only used a single sheet between the duvet insert and the bottom sheet. Every time I moved, the sheets, duvet, and cover would all get tangled up – it was disgusting! Plus, the material felt as terrible as curtain fabric; it infuriated me!). The bathroom wasn't huge but was very clean, and all the fixtures were new. There were two bottles of mineral water provided. You need your room card to use the elevator. The view of the river from the window was beautiful, both during the day and at night.

I chose not to open my 26-inch suitcase flat. The room, though small, had everything I needed and felt secure. I was pleasantly surprised to find a humidifier, which is a lifesaver for someone from the south. Even though it's on a busy street with a subway and Keihan Railway station right below, there was no noise. As someone who's sensitive to noise and easily overwhelmed, I felt completely comfortable. The streets around the hotel are incredibly clean and tidy, with modern buildings, mostly office blocks. If you turn left at the corner, there's an izakaya where office workers go after hours, and a FamilyMart. I highly recommend Okomoniyaki Sakaba Hanamarutei – it's super delicious and perfect for solo diners! The transportation is excellent. The Keihan Railway connects to Fushimi Inari, the Grand Shrine – Sanjusangen-do – Kiyomizu-dera – Hanamikoji – and the Kamo River. The subway makes it very convenient to get to Universal Studios Japan, Umeda, Shinsaibashi, and Tennoji. To take JR to other cities, you just need to go to Osaka Station.

This hotel absolutely exceeded my expectations; it's almost on par with a five-star hotel. I've stayed in many capsule hotels, and this one is the best. The large public bath has everything you could possibly need, they even provide swim trunks! Razors, toothbrushes, hand towels, bath towels, pumice stones, exfoliating mitts, and multiple types of facial cleansers – they have it all. Can you believe there's even an open-air bath? They also offer massages, but those are extra. And seriously, they even have a blood pressure monitor! After showering, you can grab a drink and some noodles, which can be charged directly to your room. The luggage area has a huge packing table, with space underneath for oversized luggage (I didn't use it so I don't know if there's a charge). The lounge area has sofas for watching TV, and even a smoking section – it's incredibly convenient! Right outside the hotel is Umeda Higashidori Street, where bunny girls invite you to all-you-can-drink deals, and there are all sorts of food options around. The capsule itself is quite spacious, and the bedding is incredibly clean – I mean five-star hotel quality clean. I don't understand why the rating is low; for me, the only 'downside' is that there are too many amenities and services to explore before I had to check out. For a capsule hotel, the service is almost too much! One final friendly tip: you'll still need to buy your own toothpaste...

Excellent location! It's just one stop away from Umeda and three stops from Namba. The price is affordable, and the room is spacious and clean. There's even a public bath on the upper floor. A convenience store is located downstairs, sharing the same building as the hotel, and there are many small eateries nearby. Fantastic value for money!

The hotel is conveniently located, with all major business districts accessible via the same metro line. It's very quiet at night. The lobby offers complimentary coffee in the mornings and afternoons. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, tidy, and free of any odors. They also provide hot spring services.

I booked a compact room, and it was indeed very compact. My 28-inch suitcase could fit in the aisle and open, so if you're looking to save some money on accommodation, this room is worth considering, as it has all the necessary facilities. It's a 2-minute walk from the subway station, but getting from the airport to Namba involves a bit of a walk for the surface transfer. It might be better to book a place directly at the Namba exit. The hotel breakfast consists of two triangular rice balls and a bowl of miso soup per person.

As a first-time visitor to Japan, this was my initial hotel experience, and the staff's attitude was excellent; I truly felt their professionalism. When I checked in, I inquired about a proof of stay, and they proactively provided it to me at check-out without me even asking again. The room was very clean, and the location is convenient. Getting to Universal Studios Japan requires no transfers. I was so busy having fun that I forgot to take any photos of the hotel itself! 😂

The room was generally very clean, and the location was excellent—just a short walk from Kitahama Station. There are plenty of convenience stores nearby, as well as Kitahama Plaza where you can find a grocery store. You’ll also be spoiled for choice when it comes to nice restaurants in the area, including a great one right downstairs. Housekeeping is provided once every three days, but if you'd like your room cleaned daily, you can simply request it.

Upon entering the hotel, the staff warmly welcomed us and helped us check in. The overall impression was great, and the room was very clean. Although there was a bit of a language barrier, the front desk staff used pictures to communicate with us, which was a very thoughtful touch. It was a wonderful experience, and the hotel is also very close to the subway station, making it super convenient for getting around.
