This airport hotel was a lifesaver for our last night. It's great value for money and restocking supplies was super convenient. The best part was the free shuttle service to Aeon Mall, Narita Station Omotesando, and the airport drop-off. It made the whole experience stress-free, especially with all our luggage – no need to lift a finger, they even neatly arranged everything! What more could you ask for with service like that? Just a heads-up: if you're parking, the domestic terminal is the spot, but for international, you'll need to go through to counter D. It's only about a 20-minute drive to T2, and check-in at Narita is all self-service, opening about two and a half hours beforehand.

Gan Yung ChyanI am overjoyed to stay in the room where I can planes moving along the runway and taking off for the sky. Besides, toothpaste and toothbrush are now available in all rooms. Razor and face wash can be obtained before the reception. The Lawson convenience store next to the reception now provides photocopying and faxing services. Previously, the computer and printer were available in the hotel hall for Internet access and printing. I will stay here if necessary again if I stop over in Narita.

Guest UserThe room was bright and spacious. There's a FamilyMart on the first floor. The lobby has a vacuum compression machine for clothes and a luggage scale. For the Narita Airport shuttle pick-up: I forgot where T1 is, but you can find it on Xiaohongshu or by checking the large bus signs when you exit the airport. For T2, it's at stand 25, but remember the last pick-up is at midnight, I believe. For departures, the shuttle starts at 5 AM. There's no shuttle directly to AEON (you have to go to the airport first and then to AEON).

The room amenities were good, and the service was also excellent. The only drawback was the price; it felt quite expensive. We booked the room for 2000 RMB, but an additional 800+ RMB was charged for the children. I disagree with such a high per-person surcharge. The hotel itself does have a distinctive charm. Remember to ask the front desk for the hotel's umbrellas; they're quite photogenic. However, I wouldn't recommend it unless you can secure a room for under 2000 RMB.

GuihuatianjiuniangGreat value for money, the room was a good size. They provide DHC toiletries, and the view from the window is unobstructed, which is a nice bonus. The double-pane windows offer excellent soundproofing; I didn't hear any planes flying overhead, probably because it's not on the take-off or landing flight path. There's a free shuttle bus to both the airport and the shopping mall. We had a flight the next day at noon, so we explored the mall that evening and then took the 9:30 AM shuttle to the airport. It was much more relaxed than staying downtown and having to rush to the airport.

qdfengluThe hotel offers a convenient shuttle service to and from the airport. The hotel itself is a bit old, but everything is still quite good. It's a great choice for a one-night stay if you need to catch an early morning flight.

Guest UserI was traveling solo and chose this hotel because it offered airport shuttle service, but it definitely exceeded my expectations. As a Chinese traveler, I found the room facilities to be very comprehensive, and the price was incredibly reasonable. The shuttle buses to the airport, JR station, and Aeon Mall were all excellent. The drivers were very friendly; if you asked them anything while they were parked, they would answer patiently. If you're only staying one night, you could go to the JR station on the first day, as there are many fun and delicious places there. On the second morning, you could go to Aeon Mall, then return to pick up your luggage and head to your new hotel. You'd arrive around 3 PM, just in time to check in, haha. This bus seems to be a loop, which is very convenient. If I come to Japan again, I would definitely choose this place.

GtZnWe stayed at Narita Art Hotel with our family on June 30 before our flight to Sri Lanka from Narita Airport. It was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for our family. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome. The hotel was peaceful, and we had a great night’s sleep before our journey. Its convenient location near Narita Airport made our travel stress-free. We truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay before or after a flight.
