The room can accommodate four adults comfortably, with four beds. The hotel is located near Shuri Castle, a bit tucked away from the main road. We had the breakfast buffet, explored during the day, and then got our evening snacks from the convenience store in the hotel lobby. We couldn't use the deep end of the pool because it was quite crowded. Only two bottles of water were provided on the check-in day. Both the housekeeping and front desk services were excellent! They also have staff who speak Chinese. Overall, a great experience.

The Executive Room is truly great, I'll definitely be back next time! So many perks: afternoon tea, cocktails, lots of food, draft beer, sparkling wine – a must-try for anyone who enjoys a good drink! Highly recommended.

Cleanliness and location are the greatest features of this hotel. Good washing machines and dryers were provided. However, the overall experience isn’t satisfactory enough. First of all, there were conflicting check in time information (I.e. 1900 and 1600) given by the hotel and contacting Trip wasn’t helpful either. Fortunately speaking through intercom, we were allowed to check in at 1620. During my stay I had terrible sleep due to sound insulation and bed and pillow provided. Overall, I’m okay with this hotel.

I had a generally comfortable and pleasant stay at this property. The facilities were adequate and well-equipped, including a kitchen area where I could cook, a microwave, and laundry facilities, which were very convenient for a longer stay.
The location is fairly good, with easy access to a nearby bus stop and monorail station. Check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow, especially regarding key collection.
One minor downside was that there was construction work next door, which sometimes caused a bit of noise. Additionally, although the overall stay was comfortable, I tried to contact the service provider via chat for a specific need, but unfortunately did not receive a response.
Overall, it was a comfortable stay with good facilities and a convenient location.

During my 8-day, 7-night trip to Okinawa with my child, I purposely chose a place with a public bath to relieve some of the travel fatigue!
It's an older hotel, so the facilities may look a bit worn, but they were incredibly clean and comfortable, so there was absolutely no inconvenience.
The bathroom was spotless! 👍
Every single staff member was incredibly kind! 👍
The breakfast, in particular, was the best I've ever had at a hotel in Okinawa. The variety was varied and everything was delicious. The care and dedication really shined through in the meal. 🙏
And guests here get unlimited free draft beer and various drinks! 👍👍
The public bath wasn't crowded, which was perfect for relaxing after a long day. The shampoo bar, where you could choose your favorite shampoo and treatment, was a fun experience for my child.
If you're taking public transportation, it's a 10-15 minute walk from Yui Rail Asato Station, but I highly recommend it!
There's also a delicious restaurant right next to the hotel, which I highly recommend! Yakiniku Ushiman!! A hidden gem where you can sample a variety of Japanese beef cuts!!
Reservations are a must!!
I highly recommend Okinawa Hotel!!

This hotel is located at the end of Kokusai Street, just a 1-minute walk from Makishi Station, which is incredibly convenient. The ground floor of the hotel smells wonderful, making for a very pleasant first impression. The check-in counter is on the second floor; you just take the elevator up. The lobby offers free beverages and coffee. While you can't eat in your room, there's a spacious lounge area in front of the counter where you can dine, with plenty of tables. The rooms are single occupancy and generally quiet at night, though some guests tend to close their doors loudly, which can be noticeable. Each room also has a TV, but with volume restrictions, so you won't hear sound bleeding from other rooms. Overall, I would personally stay here again.

It’s very good, and really cheap for the location and things to do around the hotel.
There is a huge commercial area with various shops and restaurants, along with the Prefectural Museum and Art Museum very near.
Kokusai-Dori is also near by walk, 10~15 minutes from hotel.
The room was small, but very comfy for a solo traveler.
There is also a coin laundry area, along with a microwave oven, free drinks and popcorn on the first floor.

It is a nice place to stay. It was clean and comfortable. I was able to leave my luggage there before checking in, then I returned and checked in. They say there was some construction, so you could get 1 free drink for each night you stay. And I didn't hear noises, so it was a nice gift from the hotel.
The Okinawa-style breakfast was awesome!
If you need to cut nails, you can borrow scissors or a nail cutter.
The internet upload speed is great, I was able to upload my photos and videos from the trip.
There is a mall nearby, where you can buy Mango from Okinawa or something else.
The hotel is not far from the monorail train, so it is convenient to get to the airport. And if you need to travel further into the island there is a bus stop.
All of that makes it a good choice. I would like to visit this place again!

GGuest UserFantastic stay, as a hostel. A few bad guests, but that's not the hostels doing. Using laundry at 11.35pm and the spinning was vibrating my bed. Cell phone from someone's bed in dorm on my last night going off every 5 to 7 minutes well past midnight. When I told them to turn if off they didn't and it went off all night and morning. Anyway, this hostel has everything to be comfortable. Absolutely adore the samples. Only knew about this on last day as was out everyday before. Mini perfume was so nice. Doesn't feel like a hostel, but like staying at a friend's house. It looks like an apartment. Free laundry too.
AAnonymous UserWe booked a 27-square-meter twin room, and it was very comfortable for a family of three. There was still plenty of space to move around even after opening our large suitcases. Since we have a one-year-old baby, the hotel thoughtfully pushed the twin beds together and against the wall beforehand, which was very considerate. The hand soap and shampoo provided by the hotel were of good quality and pleasant to use. There were also many free disposable toiletries available for self-service in the lobby, which was very convenient. Our room was cleaned thoroughly every day as long as we put the blue sign outside our door before 10 AM. The hotel's location is close to the tram station, and there are convenience stores and restaurants nearby. It was a pleasant and comfortable stay.
LLinyinaiFacilities: Hyatt's facilities are unbeatable, and the size is quite large for Japan. The breakfast selection was a bit limited and didn't change much over three days, but the food itself was delicious. The swimming pool is small, but better than nothing. The hot water temperature wasn't very stable at night, fluctuating quite a bit. And for some reason, the toilet lid kept falling down and hitting me. Other than that, everything else was fine.
Service: Couldn't be better. Every time we arrived by taxi, the trunk was opened before we even got out, and they'd even help us check if we'd left anything in the seat 😂. All the staff spoke excellent English.
Location: It's about 1600 JPY by taxi to the airport and around 5000 JPY to American Village. Kokusai Dori is a one-minute walk away, and there's a convenience store about 200 meters from the entrance. The pottery street across the road is fun to browse and shop. However, it's quite a distance from the port, the bus terminal, and Naminoue Shrine. I'd recommend staying closer to the bus terminal area. Kokusai Dori is a bit of a tourist trap for food, and there's not much else to see or do there.
AArnold Z CruzI chose this because of the location which is perfect for my trip as I am taking A Line to Yoron the following day. The facility is clean, thanks to those maintaining it. How can I rate the service when it's just check in and there's even a machine? Check in process is straightforward. Trip.com should adjust their survey.
LLostWithYanThe hotel is in a great location, close to public transportation and convenience stores, and only about a 10-minute walk from Kokusai Dori. The room was clean, and although daily housekeeping wasn’t provided, amenities were replenished throughout our stay. Overall, it was a great hotel, and I would definitely stay here again if I return to Okinawa.
GGuest UserThe staff were really nice. Even though there was a language barrier with the lady downstairs, she was very patient and used a translation app to communicate with us. However, the app wasn't very accurate. When we went upstairs to check in, it turned out there was a ********* person at the front desk, which was great. Still, we had to wait quite a while to check in, even though there was no one else at the desk at the time. The room was pretty spacious, and everything else was fine. The location is also quite convenient, and the restaurant downstairs is good. After checking in, it was past 3 PM, so we went downstairs to eat. The server asked if we wanted the restaurant or cafe. When she gave us the menu, we realized we only had about five or six minutes before lunch orders closed, but they still took our order! The set meal and the beef rice bowl were both really delicious. Definitely worth trying if you're staying here.
DdaitauchoiWith such competitive price for 3 adults / 3 beds in one room I highly recommend you to pick this hotel when you stay in Naha. The hotel provides private car park lot and costs you only ¥1000 per day. The mono rail station is right next to the hotel. There is a big Donki super store one block behind. If you do not wish to take expensive breakfast at the hotel, there is a 24H Yoshinoya at the back street next to the hotel. It is also very close to the fresh market to enjoy sashimi and raw fish, also close to the tourist public market and Kokusai-dori! It is very convenient for us to return our car to the rental before we go back to the airport too! Will definitely book again when we revisit Naha!
RRufengPros: The rooftop pool and jacuzzi were decent, good for kids. It's not too far from Kokusai Dori, Naminoue Shrine, or the monorail station. Breakfast was okay, and there's a smoking room on the first floor. The hairdryer and toiletries were quite good.
Cons: The Wi-Fi was terrible, constantly disconnecting. There was a weird smell coming from the bathroom. I also distinctly felt that the front desk staff showed more patience when assisting Western and ********* guests compared to guests from mainland China (even when mainland Chinese guests were equally well-behaved). Of course, the front desk still maintained a Japanese standard of service, but the difference was noticeable.
IiirubyzThe room provided was very well cleaned and prepared with extra slippers, towels and a sleeping shirt. It’s also quite spacious fitting two single beds, a couch and a table with a refrigerator underneath it. The view from our window was really nice and the location is great, it’s a few minute walk away from a convenience store.
RRACHID EL CADI EL HASKABoth the location and the accommodation are very good, the only thing we didn't like at all was that when we arrived at the accommodation there was no one anywhere and we had to find a thousand ways to be able to check in, since we had to go to another Mr. Kinjo to give us the keys to enter the room, otherwise it was fine.
