"There were very few amenities around the resort. As a solo traveler on foot, I was disappointed that there wasn't a convenience store or a laundromat nearby. I also had to walk quite a bit to find good restaurants. The room itself was more spacious than I expected, with a balcony and a nice view. The bathtub and water pressure were excellent, and the view from the tub was fantastic. The air quality inside the room wasn't very fresh overall, and only basic towels were provided. I didn't have high expectations for breakfast, but although it was a very simple menu, the ingredients were fresh. I thoroughly enjoyed the abalone porridge and baked eggs. The coffee served with breakfast was also good."

"This photo was taken at the chicken restaurant at Damora Resort. It was my first time at this accommodation, and the directions to my room were not very clear. I arrived 10 minutes before check-in, and they told me to come back exactly at check-in time, so I waited for a long time. When I finally went in, no one was there, which was frustrating. The facilities were old, but the room was clean. I visited this resort specifically for the carbonated hot spring, but it was a bit disappointing. ㅠㅠ"

"Spent 3 nights at this lovely hotel in the Dongmun area in Jeju. It is an established hotel at a convenient location. The airport limousine makes its stop there. You can have your dinner there at affordable rates. A special shout out to one of the staff (a middle aged bespectacled guy who spoke excellent English) helped to arrange for a cab from Hallasan trail back to the hotel as we missed the last bus back to the city. Thank you so much for your hospitality and kindness."

"This place is great for those who love being close to nature, travel independently often, are good at planning their own itineraries using public transport, appreciate good value for money, and have ample time. If you prefer shopping, speaking Chinese, and eating Chinese food when abroad, I recommend staying in the city."

"Overall, it was a fantastic experience. The hotel's sea view is absolutely stunning; waking up to the ocean and the hotel pool every day was incredibly relaxing! It really maximized the vacation vibe. The walk to the beach offers beautiful scenery, but it's a bit of a trek. Service was generally satisfactory, though there was a minor hiccup when leaving. I had pre-booked the airport shuttle for the next day, and when I mentioned to the staff at the entrance that I had a reservation for the airport bus, they directed me to the public airport shuttle that you have to pay for, instead of the hotel's complimentary shuttle to the airport 🙃 A bit frustrating."

"Landing Jeju Shinhwa = unforgettable stay. Huge resort with 4 hotels, 2 theme parks (yes, including a water park!), night shows + fireworks. Our favourite: Momo Park — close‑up encounters with parrots and other animals. Totally worth the extra fee. Only downside: lots of TV channels but not many international ones. Overall, a super fun and memorable trip."

Overall, I was satisfied and had a good rest before moving on. I would consider returning, but it would be wise to plan out the surrounding itinerary beforehand."

"This hotel is perfect for a family vacation with young children. There's a Teddy Bear Museum nearby, and the garden pool is great for kids to play in. The Starbucks on the rooftop offers beautiful views. The hotel also has a convenient store, which is very handy. It's about a 20-minute walk to the beach."

"No service, average facilities, very good environment, very clean. The overall feeling is average. I went there to play Red Dragon, and it's just okay to stay here. That's it, no extra feeling."

"A very pleasant hotel, the room was clean, and the view from the hotel was beautiful. The staff at the front desk were kind. However, starting from 8 AM, staff were noisy in the hallway, dragging carts back and forth and talking loudly, even though there were still guests in their rooms. It's necessary to either improve the soundproofing or ask staff to speak more quietly, as it's unpleasant when you're on vacation and want to sleep but hear such noises. I liked that the bus stop was nearby and that it was possible to leave luggage at the neighboring hotel if needed."
