"It’s walking distance to the waterbomb, great place to stay. The day before my reservation, I spent all day in the ER because I got a virus that got me really sick. I called the hotel to explain my situation and try to cancel. I said I could send them proof, but they immediately refused to cancel. I had to maintain my booking plans, so I don’t lose my $240 dlls reservation. The next day, Trip.com contacted me and said that even if the hotel don’t want to refund me for the cancellation, they would cover the cancellation because they understand it is a medical situation. I appreciate that, but I had to head over to Seoul, which is 3 hours away from where I live, so I decided to keep my booking. Trip stayed in contact with me at all times. 5 stars to Trip.com for that; that's why every time I travel, I make reservations with Trip.com because if anything happens, I know they will have me covered. On the other hand, in the hotel, breakfast was not included, and it was unlimited until 10 am. My friends and I got there around 9:45 am; we were informed they would take away the food at 10, and we agreed with it and paid for breakfast, which was like 16 dlls each? We got to the buffet, and there were items that were empty, no drinks, barely any stuff in there. I had to ask for orange juice and yogurt from the personnel working around the kitchen area, and they kindly refilled it. Personally, I don't think there should be a need to ask for it, there was other table eating there what if they wanted something else? When I asked the cashier if I could get a banana because the last pieces were taken, he replied with “whatever is in there, that is it”. We were still in the range of time that they are supposed to be open for customers who are already consuming, in case they want to eat more. But unfortunately, we paid normal price for their leftovers. At 10:15 am, when we were still eating at the table, the cashier passed by looking at our table and looking at the watch, like telling us to hurry up. Then he came to the table and told us they were closed; we barely got to grab food once at the buffet, and we were being hurried to leave. The cashier turned off the music, and later on the lights; he just stayed looking at us in front of our table while we tried to enjoy our breakfast. If we knew it was gonna be like that, we would've just found a different place to have breakfast."

"Pros: Located right at Exit 3 of KINTEX Station, making it super convenient for visiting Hyundai Motorstudio Goyang, the waterpark, and Aqua Planet Ilsan. The location is fantastic, surrounded by large commercial complexes and residential areas. Convenience stores, restaurants, cafes, bakeries, and medium-sized supermarkets are all very close by! The hotel is divided into an East Wing and a West Wing; I stayed in the East Wing this time. The service attitude was excellent, and the front desk was very responsive. However... It seems to fall short of a five-star hotel standard. I stayed with my child, and although the hotel's description welcomes children, there were absolutely no amenities for kids – no children's slippers, bathrobes, or even toothbrushes and toothpaste! Compared to many five-star hotels I've stayed at in Tokyo, the attention to detail here is lacking. There's a French pastry shop on the first floor, which closes at 6 PM. On the third floor, there's a gym and a sauna… The room view was decent, and the night view was also beautiful. The TV had YouTube, which kept my child entertained. There's no bathtub, but the shower had excellent water pressure – very comfortable! However, there's a strange feeling of stinginess – just one comb, one shower cap, a small box with cotton swabs, and a tiny bar of soap. That's it. Japanese five-star hotels are usually so generous with amenities; I don't want to compare, but it's hard not to ㅠㅠ. The desk and wardrobe in the room both had some damage and chipped paint. I actually had to switch from the first bathrobe to the second after showering because the first one was so old and thin; the second one was new and in good condition. It really highlights the difference when you compare them. If there were other five-star hotels nearby, I'd probably choose a different one next time. My overall stay felt more like a three-star experience, falling short of a five-star standard."

"This hotel is affordable, close to the station, and very clean. I highly recommend it. There are also plenty of convenience stores and restaurants nearby. If I visit this area again, I'd love to stay here."

"The room was warm, the towels were plentiful and there was a water purifier ~! The interior was clean and smellless The staircase was a little high because it was a double floor, but the floor height was a little low. My friend who slept there said it wasn't cold, and it wasn't uncomfortable to go up and down. The gap between the neighbors was quite tight, so I was worried about sound insulation, but there was no noise. There was an event around, so I booked for a short sleep, but I had a good night's sleep ㅋㅋ There are many restaurants near the hostel, so I ate comfortably The price is so cheap that it seems to be a good value for money. I rest well :D"

"I stayed here for a trip to KINTEX. The room had a mini-kitchen, a washing machine, and a balcony, and the shower had a partition, which made for a very comfortable stay. They held my luggage for me before check-in, and the staff was very kind. However, it's self-check-in, and staff aren't always on-site, so I was a little worried about what would happen if there was an issue late at night. (When I entered the room, one of the curtain rods was detached, and since it was too high to fix myself, a part of the room was visible from the outside, which was a bit disappointing.) Despite that, it was very clean, and the location was super convenient for walking to KINTEX, so I really liked it. I would definitely want to stay here again the next time I visit Goyang."

"Traveling solo, it was perfectly convenient for sightseeing. The staff were very attentive and kind. With a Line 3 station nearby, and convenience stores and eateries around the hotel, I had everything I needed."

"I arrived late, but the front desk staff were there and assisted me immediately. The room was clean, but the cup containing the toothbrush in the bathroom had dirty water in it. The room cleaning was done well. I would like larger bath towels. The bathroom was spacious and comfortable. There are many restaurants outside, and the walls seem thin, as I could hear voices from the next room. Overall, I think it was a good hotel. Thank you."

"The hotel is very close to the subway station, which is very convenient. The room is spacious and clean, and drinks are provided every day. It was a wonderful stay."

"The location is a bit far from the city center, so it's relatively quiet. It's right by Marina Bay, which is great for enjoying the breeze and the views, though it can get quite windy. Our room was cleaned daily, and it was well-equipped with amenities like disposable toothbrushes, toiletries, slippers, a safe, bottled water, a kettle, cups, tea bags, and a drying rack. We booked a family room for two, but it still felt small. Plus, our assigned room didn't face Marina Bay, so we didn't get any sea views, and there was no Wi-Fi – we had to 'borrow' from the neighboring room's network (luckily, hotel Wi-Fi usually doesn't require a password), probably because it was a special offer room. The shuttle service deserves a thumbs up; it got us to the airport quickly, and the driver even helped with our luggage. Some staff members spoke Chinese, and English communication was also fine, so there were no language barrier issues."

There's a 24-hour supermarket across the street, and several convenience stores nearby. 3. The rooms are quiet; you can barely hear other guests. 4.
