"The location is fantastic, only a 3-minute walk from the train station, and it's clean and tidy. The only downside is that the bar staff kept hounding us for tips, and the front desk service was pretty mediocre as well. Overall, the hotel itself is fine, but the staff service is just okay."

"The hotel interior is incredibly beautiful, and the room itself is spacious and comfortable. There's a safe in the room, which wasn't mentioned in the description. Despite facing the road, it wasn't noisy at all; we could sleep soundly with the windows closed. The only minor inconvenience was the lighting setup in the room. There's no main overhead light, just small bedside lamps. One lamp is quite bright, while the other is barely more than a nightlight. The switch system is a bit complicated; you can only turn off the nightlight along with all the other lights in the room. And if you want to turn on another light (like in the bathroom), the nightlight also comes on, which isn't ideal at night if someone else is sleeping. Breakfast was delicious, especially the pastries, pancakes, and orange juice. The hotel's location is quite convenient: about a 10-15 minute walk to the train station and a 40-minute walk to the Old Town. It's also close to the airport, about a 15-minute drive."

"Mohamed was a great host; he even looked after me from arrival and called my transfer company for me as the driver wasn't at the airport. He was there at the apartment to welcome me. The apartment was very comfortable, and I felt really safe in this area. I loved the walks to attractions. Great amenities throughout the apartment - everything was working and super comfortable. There is some traffic outside, but it's a busy city, so that's expected due to the location - lots of cafes, shops, and bars within walking distance. Gueliz is a nice area. Big thanks to Mohamed for all his advice, recommendations, and hospitality.10/10 host."

"Excellent hotel, just a 2-minute walk from the central square. The property boasts three restaurants. We tried the Moroccan one and were impressed with the excellent quality of the food at a reasonable price. The room was better than we had imagined: spacious and equipped with every comfort. The bathroom was spotless and stocked with excellent toiletries. The staff was friendly and helpful, and in keeping with a 5-star hotel. Check-in wasn't the fastest; we would have expected a welcome drink while waiting for such a high-end property, but that wasn't the case. We weren't able to try the amenities because we didn't have much time, but the pool and relaxation room looked top-notch."

"I enjoyed every second of my stay here. Right from the pick up at the airport through to the reception and the breakfast I was served while waiting for my early check-in (my flight got in early). It was home away from home and I would definitely recommend this Riad to anyone visiting Marrakesh for the first time. Special shout out to the owner (on his electric bike... He expressly said I was ONLY to take taxis), Abdou, Ismail (I hope I got that right), the guy in glasses (I never did ask him for his name), my hamman lady, the cleaners, the cooks, everyone. "Ari Boutique was a great stay, the cleaning staff was amazing, and the front end staff was very helpful in providing tips for travelling, securing taxis and all around ensuring that the stay was comfortable and pleasant. The hotel breakfast was amazing, with a vast selection of things to eat, ranging from traditional Moroccan breads, spreads and dishes, to custom omelettes that could be ordered. Coffee was great and the atmosphere was amazing. Manal, the front end director, was extremely helpful, as was Amine from the restaurant. Both ensured that our stay was the best it could have been!"

"Hotel very well located in the center of Marrakech. The hotel is very pretty with lots of evening entertainment and shows. The only problem was that upon arrival the air conditioning was faulty and despite all the comments from tourists, the technical service took 4 days to repair it. The people at reception are very nice but are completely lost. Be careful of the swimming pool which is very dirty."
