"The room was very spatious and in good conditions. The personnel was very attentive and friendly. The location was great, a lot of good restaurants and convenient stores nearby and close to the public transportation. The room was very hot, the air conditioner didn't cool properly (the temperature was minimum 23 C after 2 days of cooling). The shower wasn't cleaned properly since I could see dirt and hairs of the past guests and the floor felt dirty."

"A historic, century-old hotel with somewhat outdated facilities, but it possesses great character. The lobby features a museum-like exhibition area with various themed displays, and the guest room area even retains a very old-fashioned elevator for guests to observe. The service is excellent and polite, and housekeeping is prompt."

"The hotel is in a good location, the staff are generally friendly, the facilities are average, and the price is reasonable. Things to note: [1] Choose a room facing Liverpool Street. Otherwise, the sound from the nearby bar is deafening and you won't be able to fall asleep until 4 a.m. [2] The staff basically only speaks Spanish. Bring a translator. Otherwise, it will be impossible to communicate."

"The biggest plus for the hotel is its location. The service is also pretty good and staff is friendly. But the hotel is rather dated. The carpet is old and worn. The AC is very load and we had to turn it off at night. The worst part is water- the water flow is so low it is hard to wash face. Another potential downside is this area is very busy at night. The music on the street can be heard from our 10th floor room. But if you come prepared with earplugs then you are OK."

"Located in a bustling area, the building is well-soundproofed and very clean. On the 6th floor, Ms. Laura and Mr. Aaron meticulously prepare a variety of dishes at the restaurant, and they also offer coffee and snacks at the front desk. The 6th-floor rooftop is open in the evenings, offering a refreshing and pleasant breeze."

"Of the advantages of this hotel it is location,clean,water hot yu and price.Now the downsides:the hotel has no sign,no towel,no hooks or hangars in the room,in principle there is a bed in the room,a metal cabinet with one shelf and a tumbo, awful hearing.But for this price in this area (100 meters from Mariotte) it is not worth complaining.There is a kitchen,but there is no teapot or dishes,only microwave."

"The overall hygiene is clean, it is very convenient to find food downstairs. The disadvantage is that the window of the room cannot be opened, and the exhaust fan in the bathroom is bad, resulting in the room being very humid. "I stayed 8 nights here. The price was super high for such single room. No kettle, no security box, no water every day (you need to go to 1st floor to refill a bottle). There is no closet only a place with 4 hangers.The breakfast was included but sometimes there were many people making a line and you need to wait a lot. I have stayed at Ibis in all Europe and this hotel still needs to improve a bit otherwise should charge less money. What I paid was quite a lot for a single room. Please check your prices. Rooms in Europe are bigger and even cheaper. I am Mexican and I have stayed in many hotels. Please charge less. I would still stay here if prices decrease."

The air conditioning in the room doesn't have a heating function, so you have to rely on the air heater. Breakfast includes milk, yogurt, coffee, fruit, oatmeal, bread, and four or five main dishes. Overall, it's a good value in the Reforma area.

GGuest UserI recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed with the experience. We arrived quite late, around midnight, but the staff were accommodating and made the late check-in smooth and hassle-free. Security was present at all hours, which made us feel safe throughout our stay.
The apartment itself was modern and very well-equipped with all the utensils and facilities we needed, making it easy to prepare meals and feel at home. Everything was spotless and smelled wonderfully fresh the moment we walked in.
Overall, I’d highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a clean, secure, and comfortable stay with great amenities and friendly service.

AAhmed AwwadI recently stayed at the Sheraton Maria Isabel in Mexico City, and overall, it was a good experience. The best thing about this hotel is definitely the location—it’s right on Reforma Avenue, next to the U.S. Embassy, so it felt very safe even though there were some peaceful demonstrations happening nearby related to rent increases and the current situation in Mexico.
The room was spacious and comfortable, but it did feel a bit old and outdated. The bathroom floor had some cracks, which wasn’t a big issue but worth mentioning. It could definitely use some renovation in the future.
On the bright side, the breakfast was really nice. Good variety, fresh options, and great service.
If you care about being in a central, secure area with decent amenities, this hotel is a solid choice—just don’t expect a modern, freshly renovated space.

Even though it's at an intersection, there's a convenience store on every corner. The hotel staff were also super helpful in recommending delicious local restaurants; you can find all sorts of great food options around here. The staff were really welcoming and friendly too.

LLiuxiaoxin™The location of the Youth Hostel 🏨 is excellent. Located in the center of the city center. Don't be too convenient to go to the surrounding museums! Breakfast is included from 8 am to 10 am. In addition, a Margaret cocktail coupon will be given on the first day of stay. Going to the rooftop bar on the sixth floor is really not too pleasant. At my request, I arranged a lower bunk bed for me. Luggage can be stored for free at the front desk. The 15% discount coupon given at check-in is more cost-effective than going to a fast food restaurant. The five-story leisure area and self-service kitchen can be used to filter water references. too convenient. Full score recommendation 🇲🇽
