GgabthereseWe arrived at the hotel at 12nn expecting to have to wait 2-3 more hours before we can check-in. But as we processed our arrival with the receptionist, we were already given our key cards to check-in. This added great convenience to our stay (do not expect that this would always be the case but it is good to note they allow early check-in if available). The room we booked was very comfortable, I have nothing to complain about. We requested to be put on a corner room which was obliged. All the staff was exceptionally accommodating and approachable. The hotel was conveniently located at a walking distance to Festive Walk Mall and all must-visit spots of Megaworld.
Overall, we had a great stay! I will definitely be booking again should I be back to visit Iloilo.

GGen72Covenience, comfort,quality service could have been perfect if there is a pool. Check in and check out is quick and smooth. Food is really good. The place is more worth than what you pay. The location is very convenient as there's restaurants, cafe, atms nearby. Walking distance from Mcdonalds.The room is clean and kept tidy with complete, toilettries. I love the sleepers and just like any Seda hotels their service is excellent! And if theres something i want to recommend to the management is to check the slightest trouble with water pressure.

TTinTravelsThe staff were accommodating, and both the hotel and our room were clean and well-maintained. The location is very convenient—close to restaurants, shops, Iloilo Central Market, and the port.
My only concern, which I also noted in their feedback form, was the water. The shower water seemed salty and slightly sticky, almost like seawater. Aside from that, everything else about the stay was pleasant.
Breakfast is served plated and is quite filling, and the internet connection is reliable. Overall, it offers good value for money.

The room itself was spacious and comfortable, and the location is top-tier — right in the heart of downtown Iloilo. The resto-bar on the second floor is great, and the staff there showed the kind of warm Ilonggo hospitality we’re all proud of. I commend the step to help the environment. Their is a refiling jar of water inside the room, DBest!
But since this was my first stay, there were a few things I really noticed:
1. I booked specifically requesting a single bed. I was given a room with two beds instead.
2. I also requested a quiet room, yet I was placed on the same floor as the swimming pool — and that night there was a big party going on until 9 PM.
3. I didn’t expect a fancy view since I booked a lower-priced room, but natural light is a basic comfort. Unfortunately, I couldn’t even open my curtains because people outside, from the pool, could directly see into my room.
4. And the worst part: while I was resting, another guest opened my room with their key card. Absolutely not okay.
I understand the hotel was fully booked, but that shouldn’t be used as an excuse. Front desk staff should still be trained to handle guest requests properly and ensure room safety — especially safety.
Should a guest really have to pray the hotel isn’t full just to avoid these issues?
Despite everything, I’m willing to give them another try. I know they can do better — and I hope the next stay reflects the level of service Citadines is known for.

However, it can be a bit noisy on Friday and Saturday nights. The water is clean and I really like it.

Stayed for 5N sheets and towels are self serve.
Rooms never serviced.
Bathrooms are minimum standards like a home stay.
Local breakfast comes in a pre-packed styrofoam and 3-1 coffee mix.
Free flow from a water dispenser.
Conveniently located near Festival Walk and a nice little cafe with espresso machine.

EEmmanyThe staff was friendly and helpful since yung isang room is may issue sa AC so I asked her to check and she did pero same padin so she decided so transfer my friend to another room. The location is nice malapit sa mall but about the cleanliness dati okay sya since always kami nag stay dito maybe kulang na sila sa staff that's why other area's is hindi okay but it's a good stay.
