Amazing
PPrince of PusanThe hotel is located in the heart of Oldtown and is nice. The rooms are very spacious, clean and the staff is very professional.
The only thing is the rooms are big but awkwardly shaped- you have to go to the couch to see the TV and the overall layout of the room is not a conventional hotel.
Other than that, the hotel has an old boutique charm.

Ggelatalon the first night of my stay, i was assigned a room designed for disabilities without any notice. since it was late and i was exhausted, i didn’t think much of it, but i noticed something felt off.
next evening, after taking a shower, i realized the entire bathroom was soaking wet and extremely slippery that i almost fell. then i was checking my booking receipt, i noticed the room i booked was supposed to have a different bathroom layout. when i raised this issue with the front desk, they admitted that due to overbooking on the first night, they had reassigned me to a room for disabilities without informing me.
this design is clearly unsafe for someone unfamiliar with it, and the hotel staff showed no sincerity in addressing the issue. what's worse, they didn't even offer an apology. instead, they simply asked me what I wanted. this is unacceptable—they failed to inform me of the room change on the first night and didn’t take responsibility when I brought it up.
eventually, after I insisted, they upgraded me to their best room and offered two days of complimentary breakfast. however, all of this only happened because i demanded it—the staff showed no initiative. they really need better training.
the first photo shows the fruit they sent as an apology. and the second, third photos shows the conditions of bathroom for disabilities.
第一晚入住時，已經很晚了，酒店人員在沒有通知我的情況下，給我安排了一間傷殘人士的房間。
由於太疲倦了，所以只是感覺房間怪怪的，但並沒察覺有什麼問題。直到第二天晚上，洗完澡之後，整個廁所也是濕的，我差一點就要滑倒。
再看看之前預訂時的收據，發現房間的廁所根本不應該是這個樣子，繼而我到酒店大堂理論，他們才告訴我，因為第一天晚上時候，訂單太滿了，所以才為我安排這樣的房間。
可是你要知道，這樣的設計，正常人洗澡，是真的很容易滑倒。他們不但沒有誠意的道歉，只是詢問我想要怎樣。
說實話，這難道不是酒店的問題嗎？第一天並沒坦白這不是我原本所訂的房間、繼而我發現後，亦沒作出任何相應的措施、道歉。
最後在我要求下，他們給我換了最好的房間，另外給我送了兩天免費的早餐。不過，這通通都是我要求的，酒店人員真的有需要再培訓。

GGuest UserGreat location, you don't even need to leave the central station to get into the hotel. It's right next to the largest building in Europe.
The top sheet/blanket was a bit short, and the soundproofing wasn't great. You could hear every door slamming in the hallway.
Breakfast was very good though!

Llalalalal5The design is superb, the hotel is worth visiting. It is also very convenient to go to the old town. The breakfast is also good, with many options, but the serving speed is a bit slow. Two disadvantages: the washbasin is a bit small, and the curtains are not light-blocking (recommended to change), which affects sleep.

GGuest UserThe overall experience at this hotel was excellent. The spacious rooms, equipped with sofas and bathtubs, were very comfortable. The glass elevator was not only fast but also offered panoramic city views, creating a sense of expansiveness.
The breakfast was a highlight, with a wide variety of options and excellent taste. In addition to a variety of yogurt desserts and fresh fruit, there were also freshly squeezed fruit and vegetable juices and orange juice, which were healthy and energizing, making for a great start.
The sauna and fitness room on the third floor were perfect for relaxing, especially after a long journey.
The hotel is centrally located, making transportation very convenient, making it ideal for both sightseeing and business trips.
Overall, this is a highly recommended accommodation option.

MMrNoodlezPretty standard a&o hostels experience, satisfying showers, bed, and washroom, fortunately nice roommates. One surprise I got allocated into a 4-people room instead of booked 6-people room.
Note that the guest kitchen requires keycard to access to spare some time if you're making your own breakfast the morning you check out.
One major drawback, NO luggage room, only paid lockers:

You might want to store your luggages at Warszawa Centralna (Main train station) or Warszawa Zachodnia (West station if you're taking coach) since the lockers are bigger and PLN30 (7.5euro) for 24h

JJasmine00The location is prefect If u travel by flixbus n in west station. We got a small but quiet room, so far quite good, you can ask for the hairdryer in the reception. A bit far away to go the city center, need to catch the taxi or bus

柳柳純一This hotel in Warsaw seems to cater to group bookings, with breakfast included, all for around 10,000 yen. If you're coming from the city center, you can take a national train or similar to the East Station. As for amenities, there's a TV and a kettle, but no air conditioning or hairdryer. While there's an elevator, taking the stairs might be quicker, especially if there's a large group staying. The breakfast menu consists of scrambled eggs, ham, a few raw vegetables, bread, juice, coffee, and cornflakes. Again, finding a seat can be a challenge if a group is present. My room faced the main street, so I could clearly hear the sound of cars.
