"Hilton is always my top choice when I travel. This particular hotel in Lisbon is housed in an older building, but it's been beautifully renovated with a fresh, Portuguese-inspired decor. The room was fantastic, with a great separation between the wet and dry areas, excellent air conditioning, and comfortable bedding. The lobby and restaurant are both exquisitely designed, and the breakfast was superb! All in all, a great experience."

"The room space and interior is well designed. There is a communal coffee, tea and hot water dispenser next to the lift lobby at each level which is interesting. The area is really close to quite a few embassy and one can enjoy the Tejo/Tagus River at the rooftop bar and rather close to Belem Tower as well as LX Factory."

"This stay exceeded my expectations! The room was clean and fresh with no unpleasant odors, and the bedding was soft, so I slept very soundly. The soundproofing was excellent too. The front desk staff were warm and polite, and their service was quick to respond. The location is convenient for getting around, and it offers superb value for money. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time. Highly recommended!"

"The room was quite spacious, and I had a two-bathroom setup, which was great for two people as we didn't get in each other's way. What I loved most was the lobby's decor – very modern and trendy. They have a water dispenser and charging outlets, making it super comfortable to sit and wait for transportation. You can also store your luggage.
The restaurant downstairs was good too. I had dinner and lunch there because I arrived late, and many other restaurants were closed the next day for lunch. The quality didn't disappoint. I ordered a glass of wine, bread, an appetizer, and paella for dinner. For lunch, I had pizza and a burger, and the prices were comparable to outside establishments. I even looked up the restaurant online, and it has high ratings, which saved me the trouble of searching for other places to eat."

"I had a good overall experience staying at easyHotel Lisbon.
The location is very convenient—central and about a 7-minute walk from the underground. The room was clean, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Management were also responsive and accommodating when I had a few additional enquiries.
There was an unexpected issue with my bathroom, but the team handled it promptly and professionally, relocating me to another room and following up appropriately.
Overall, a well-run hotel with a strong focus on customer service, and I’d consider staying here again."

"Good location as hotel is near to bus and metro station. The hotel breakfast is simple yet adequate, coffee machine and juice machine are accessible 24 hours 🤩. Housekeeping is daily without charged as many others imposed fees.
Late checkout is permitted up to 1pm even to 1:30pm for my case. Luggage storage at hotel is complimentary
The room size is kind like small and luggage can’t open fully is the only short side for me."

"Generally it's a good hotel, providing you best location in Lisbon and the room and facilities are quite new and in good quality. But the only thing I am not satisfied is they only provide you one towel even you stayed 4 nights. Extra one charges you 3 Euro which is hard to accept."

Amazing
EEdison .We booked the Deluxe King Room with city views. The 2.2-meter king-size bed was incredibly spacious, and the room was spotlessly clean. The rooftop bar offers fantastic views of Lisbon and a pool for guests. I highly recommend the hotel's 10 PM light show – it's truly unique! And don't miss the delicious egg tarts at breakfast!

Ppygroundspacious, aesthetic, and perfect for a solo trip, but a few things to note.
The room itself is gorgeous. It has this modern boho/woody vibe with warm tones, sage walls, hints of gold, and lots of natural light from the balcony. Waking up here was honestly such a nice experience. The balcony is a big plus too, although the furniture is quite basic and could be upgraded.
Layout-wise, everything made sense (especially the TV directly facing the bed — finally!). However, the TV connection was quite slow and frustrating, so I ended up just using my phone.
Location is good if you don’t mind walking — around 20–30 minutes into central Lisbon. There are loads of cafés nearby though, which was super convenient. I highly recommend Fauna & Flora (Anjos) for brunch — really cute spot and great food. They take walk-ins :)
Only thing I didn’t love was the PIN entry system. You have to type it multiple times (enter building, going up the lift, enter room) and it’s very visible, which made me a bit uneasy as a solo traveller. It's super easy though !!
The mini fridge was also super minimally stocked, so don’t rely on it. On the plus side, tea/coffee facilities, toiletries, and plenty of towels are provided.
The apartment itself is very quiet and peaceful — I barely heard anyone else, which made it feel like my own private space. Barely saw anyone, felt like I had the place to myself.
Overall: a comfortable and stylish stay with great nearby cafés. A few small improvements would make it perfect, but I would definitely stay again.

Helpful staff took our bag up stairs on arrival.
Storage was available until our room was ready, map was given when requested to help us find our bearings.
Room clean with fridge with selection of minibar which could be purchased, safe was also available.
Towels were large and fluffy. Bed comfortable, with lovely pillows, black out curtains to help sleep.
Room service used first night with excellent food .
Breakfast was excellent good range of food. It was occasional busy and we were asked to wait in the lounge area but again well looked after and as soon as space was available we were taken in to wait.
Hotel is in a good location, a gentle walk down the avenue liberdade everyday to where the action is, such as Rossio Station where we caught the train to Sintra.
Great hotel would stay again.

It's well-located (near Campolide and Sete Rios), the front office staff are excellent, the restaurant is very pleasant, and the beds are super comfortable, both in the suites and standard rooms. This is where our son learned to walk in 2024, and where we'll always return whenever we're in Lisbon.

The location was good for me, but a few metro stops away from the touristy spots. But it's a safe location w plenty of other hotel chains, office buildings and restaurants.

AAnonymous UserGiven the price, some of the issues are somewhat understandable, but the facility was significantly more dilapidated than shown in the photos, and it had a distinct odor. I was looking for an inexpensive private room, but if I had known the extent of its condition, I absolutely would have spent more money to book a different place. The chair cushions were falling apart, and the old window wouldn't open or close properly. The clothes hangers themselves looked like salvaged, dented, and paint-peeling items.
