"SuiteSistina Suites isn't just a hotel; it's a perfectly situated, intensely private Roman hideaway. If you're looking for an experience that blends the energy of the Eternal City with the ultimate in personal luxury, look no further. This hotel earns every one of its five stars, primarily for its dual promise of prime location and unparalleled in-room indulgence."
"The place is beautiful and comfortable. Cleanliness is good. The staff are respectful in their dealings, and their response is quick. There's a large mosque nearby where Friday prayers are held, as well as laundry services, essential stores, and some restaurants and cafes. A Panda supermarket is also close by.
However, you can hear sounds from the hallway through the insulation. Parking is shared; there are no dedicated spots, but there are plenty within the same block."
"The hotel is amazing. Whenever I visit Riyadh, I always stay here. The location is safe, clean, and conveniently close to the airport. The reception team is friendly, and the cafeteria is nice. The rooms have modern furniture and are equipped with amazing amenities. The only concern is that if you request an iron, it might take up to an hour and require follow up. However, there is a laundry shop right in front of the hotel."
"The hotel has a great location and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout the stay. The rooms and overall atmosphere were good, but I believe a four-star hotel should pay more attention to the quality and variety of the breakfast, as well as improving the overall level of service to better match the hotel rating."
"The room is very nice. The location is right around the airport, which is very convenient but there will be a lot of traffic. There are many restaurants next to the hotel so it is convenient to eat. You can walk to the city's attractions."
"The hotel is quite nice, very close to the Marriott. It's on the side of the road, so it's a little noisy, probably because the soundproofing isn't great. Otherwise, overall the hotel is okay."
"Convenient location for Restaurants and shops.
Room was clean and comfortable
Spacious bathroom and showe but cold water was running hot, a typical summer problem in the Middle East
Overall, served the purpose. Happy!"

Amazing
GGuest UserAll facilities are very good, the sanitary environment is very comfortable, the view is very good, and the night view is beautiful. There is a luxurious and colorful shopping mall next to it. The whole hotel is also very luxurious, modern and elegant with gold glittering. The gym is great, and the view is very wide when you get up in the morning to exercise. The swimming pool is also beautiful.
MMOHAMMED ALI IBRAHIMGood and quiet hotel, has good and various breakfast and good internet.
The only point that the hotel must fix the parking barrier, it doesn’t work by the card, therefore, you have to wait few minutes till the noticed you through the CCTV camera.
Rekomenduję i chętnie wrócę!
AAnonymous UserThe place is neat and clean, and the staff are very helpful. Everything was perfect, and it definitely won't be my last visit or interaction with them. I highly recommend it to everyone.
GGuest UserConvenient Location, Comfortable Stay with a Few Lighting Quirks
I stayed at EWAA Express Khurais in Riyadh and overall had a pleasant experience. The location is convenient—about a 15-minute walk to a shopping area with plenty of food options like Starbucks, KFC, Wendy’s, Al Baik, and a Panda hypermarket.
The hotel is simple but functional. Rooms are clean and spacious, with a large, comfortable bed. Initially, I was assigned a room on the 4th floor, which felt quite dark due to having no outside view. The staff were kind enough to switch me to a room on the 2nd floor, which had a full-height window facing the highway. The difference: the 4th floor room was quieter but darker, while the 2nd floor room was brighter with a view, though some traffic noise was noticeable. I chose the 2nd floor in the end as I prefer natural light.
One unique point is the corridor lighting. The hotel doesn’t use ceiling lights in the hallways, relying instead on small wall-mounted lights. This makes the corridors feel quite dim. It seems to be a design choice across the EWAA hotel group, not just this location. If you're sensitive to low lighting or feel uneasy in darker spaces, this might be something to consider.
Breakfast was decent—not a feast, but enough to fill up. No egg station, but the basics are covered. Also worth noting: the hotel offers bicycles for guests to borrow, which is a nice touch, although I didn’t try it myself.
Overall, a good value stay if you’re looking for a clean, well-located hotel with friendly staff and don’t mind a few quirks in lighting and noise.
별별따러갈사람들Friendly staff. The accommodation was great. The bathroom was clean, and the lockers were big and had keys. Towels were provided. There was shampoo, body wash, and toilet paper. The kitchen was available for use, and there was a spacious living room to relax in, plus a yard for exercise. Nearby, there's a big supermarket and Al Baik, as well as restaurants and cafes. Highly recommended!
HHassan Mansour 1305The perfect stay.
For that price and that location it’s already worth it.
The hotel has everything, services are good, breakfast has a full variety of dishes and the room I got was perfectly clean and with no issues.
I would 100% consider to book Haven Plaza for my next trip to Riyadh.
GGuest UserThe facilities is located in the middle of a building site so extremely noisy so very difficult to sleep as the work to late at night and start around 4.30am.
PPranav Patil PTowlan Suits 1 Hotel, Riyadh
Location & Transportation:
The hotel is located approximately 36km from RUH Terminal 5, with no public transport options available. You must take a taxi, costing between 85-100 SAR.
Be careful when booking—Towlan Group has around 12 hotels in Riyadh, and selecting the wrong one on apps like Careem, Uber, or InDrive can lead to extra costs. Many listings are in Arabic, which caused confusion for us.
This is outside of city, to visit main city it takes 40-60 SAR cost each way for cab.
Parking: Outside parking is available for guests.
Room: Rooms are very big, spacious, and well-equipped, featuring a separate hall, kitchen, and bedroom. However, no tea or coffee is provided—you’ll need to bring your own if needed.
The hotel has 3 floors, with roughly 20 large rooms on each floor. Wi-Fi is available, but there is no breakfast or food service on-site.
A key point to note: traveling from the hotel into central Riyadh costs an additional 40-60 SAR each way on ride-hailing apps. This significantly adds to your trip's cost and inconvenience.
If you need a spacious suite-style room and don’t mind the remote location or lack of dining options, the hotel offers reasonable value.
A decent choice for travelers seeking spacious accommodations with kitchen facilities, but not ideal for those reliant on public transport or expecting on-site dining. Double-check the address carefully before booking to avoid taxi.
