"For a four-star hotel, this place was quite poor. They charge extra for the swimming pool, and breakfast didn't even include fried eggs or omelettes. My booking specified a midnight check-in, yet the front desk actually told me they would cancel my room if I didn't check in right after midnight?! I finally got into my room closer to 2 AM. I stayed for a week, and breakfast was identical every single day. I'd recommend saving your money and eating out instead. The hotel is surrounded by construction sites, making it impossible for taxis or ride-shares to pull up to the entrance."

"I stayed at Biz Apartment Gärdet in Stockholm and really liked it. The apartment was super clean, spacious, and had everything I needed in the kitchen. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the area is quiet with a nice park nearby. It’s not right in the center, but the bus stops just around the corner and gets you downtown in about 15 minutes. Perfect place if you want comfort and a bit more space than a regular hotel room."

"Arrived in Stockholm during Nobel Week, and it was super convenient to get here by bus from the airport. The bus stop is just across a bridge from the hotel, easily walkable. The hotel's location is excellent, about a 3-minute walk from Stockholm Central Station. The room was generally very clean and well-maintained, but I had booked a windowless room, so travelers who prefer natural light should be aware. Overall, the stay met my expectations and was quite good."

"Bring the children over six years old together, you can pull the sofa out of the bed. Compared to other hotels in northern Europe, the room is too big. You can see the sunset outside the window. "The rooms on the first floor always have a short flight of stairs, which wasn't ideal for us with a stroller. However, the service was excellent, and we were very satisfied with the location. We would definitely consider coming again."

"## Amenities: The amenities are typical European style. The tap water is supposedly drinkable, but it upset my stomach, so it really depends on individual sensitivity. ## Hygiene: The commonly reported issue of a sewer smell did occur twice during my 5-night stay, but it wasn't severe. I didn't notice it inside the room, only when entering from outside. Since there was an external window, opening it quickly cleared the air, so I'd still recommend booking a room with an external window if your budget allows. Additionally, the hotel claims they only clean rooms on the 4th day of your stay, but my room wasn't cleaned at all during my 6-day, 5-night stay. Double rooms come with four towels (two large, two small). If that's not enough, you can bring your own disposable towels. Thankfully, I saw reviews mentioning the towels weren't changed, so I brought disposable ones, and the lack of cleaning didn't bother me too much. ## Environment: Overall, the hotel environment is quite good. ## Service: Just like all Swedes, the staff are very warm and welcoming. The front desk staff are proactive in offering help and are very nice. If you have any issues, just approach them."

"Great base for exploring Stockholm Stayed at the Scandic Continental during a family trip to Stockholm and it delivered on all the important things. Location is unbeatable — literally steps from Stockholm Central Station, which made getting around the city (and beyond) effortless. Service was warm and attentive, and the breakfast spread was well above average — fresh, varied, and a great way to start the day. The rooftop bar is a must. The views over the city are impressive, especially in the evening. A great spot to wind down after a day of sightseeing. Overall a solid, well-run hotel in the heart of the city. Would recommend for families and travelers who want convenience without sacrificing comfort."

"A highly recommended hotel. The transportation is quite convenient. There is a bus to the central station in two minutes' walk, and the subway is only two stops away. It takes about 15-20 minutes to walk to the downtown area. The rich breakfast and simple dinner that change every day are very considerate for travelers who want to stay in the hotel. The service is super friendly and warm. There is also a free sauna in the basement, but you need to remind the counter 30 minutes in advance to turn on the machine for heating. The only small drawback is that the water overflows when taking a shower, but the water pressure is strong and I use Rituals supplies, which is a plus."
