Excellent service from the staff. The location is right inside a mall, which is very convenient for travel. The room was clean, spacious, and bright, and there's a washing machine for laundry and drying.

Centara Korat is an excellent hotel with great service and a very convenient location, right next to Central Korat. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was very good with a nice selection. The only small issue during my stay was a slight drain smell in the room. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The entrance is quite a distance from the main road. It might not be convenient for backpackers, but it's more suitable for travelers with their own car. The picture isn't relevant; I can't find the correct one anymore. Service was average, as I barely saw anyone. For room access, I checked in via LINE with an admin and received an unlock code for the room.

The hotel boasts a convenient location, making it easy to access all important spots in Korat city. The staff are warm, attentive, and professional, making the entire check-in process very pleasant. If I had to offer one small suggestion, it would be that the carpets in the guest rooms show a bit of age, slightly affecting the overall visual appeal. However, this doesn't detract from the cleanliness of the room or the comfort of the stay. Overall, this is a hotel that combines classic charm, excellent service, and good value for money. It comes highly recommended.

Nice hotel in good location. Restaurant downstairs and cool expat bar Monkey Bar close by. I don’t care for the room with no windows but they also have rooms with windows. Overall good experience

The room was large, but it had no functionality at all. At first, I didn’t expect much because the price was cheap, but the room turned out to be worse than I expected. There wasn’t even a hair dryer. There was no Wi-Fi information provided in the room. I had to use my phone to call the staff, then add them on LINE, and send my phone number and room number just to register and log in to the Wi-Fi. It was very inconvenient. The room was big, but that’s the only good thing about it — there was basically nothing else. Nothing at all. They provided two bottles of water, which was fine. The location is good, close to the night market. There is a 500 baht cash-only deposit. If you don’t have cash, they will keep your ID card instead. Overall, I was not impressed.

It is a hotel with a beautiful natural lake view. The bedrooms are spacious and have good standard equipment. Breakfast is a delicious buffet that meets standards. Considered worthwhile It is a good hotel for the price.

Everything was good – the furniture, the view, the room. However, I wish the room smelled better; it had a musty odor. Plus, I don't think it was cleaned thoroughly because there was a lot of dust around. The first thing I saw when I entered was a cockroach, but the staff were very quick to fix it and moved me to another room. Unfortunately, that room had the same musty smell, and I'm not sure why. The smell made it very difficult to sleep; if I hadn't been so tired from work, I wouldn't have been able to sleep at all.

Price of room same on trip vs walk in. The room wasn't cleaned well. Floor felt greasy and there was a lot of random hair lying around. Bed was comfy especially given the price of the room. However cleanliness is questionable. Fyi the fridge shuts off when you remove the keycard from the room. My ice and desserts melted while we were away for the day.

The outside of the hotel look good, the cafe in front of is nice. The bedroom is big and the bed is huge and comfortable, but the bathroom is old fashion design and the light is too dim.
