"A new hotel with modern design, a pleasant surprise. The rooms are large and the facilities are beautiful and reasonable. The restaurant is also very beautiful and the food is delicious 😋 An unforgettable and comfortable experience! highly recommended!"
"Very good hotel, big room, breakfast to force, not far from Wal-Mart, the environment is good, customers also like it, check-in and check-out are very convenient, overall 5"
"The hotel is within walking distance of delicious restaurants, and there's a WholeSales so you can also eat and drink in your room.
There's also a walking path behind WholeSales, so you can exercise, making it the perfect location.
It's great for long stays because there's a laundromat so you can do your laundry."
"Looks new, good location. I always ***** sheets before I check out in hopes that none will be re-used for the next occupants. Today I was shocked to see a huge stain on the mattress; it definitely needs cleaned or exchanged for a new mattress!
Paying $200+ for one night should include breakfast, however it didn't."
"Hotel chosen for business trip
There are big marts around and many restaurants.
There's a Japanese ramen shop next door.
I was relieved to eat sushi and gyoja."

Very Good
SSextantisGood location with quiet surroundings despite near major road. Very close to many outlets at Rookwood commons and pavilion. Very comfortable beds. Strong internet connection. Large TV with many channels.
Large and clean bathroom.
Thoroughly enjoyed staying here.
Special mention must be made of one outstanding young staff called Mike.
Initially he could not find my reservation despite me having a confirmed reservation number. It was later he decided to allow me to see the list of guests arriving that day. I realised my COLLEAGUES name was in the list of guests and later realised that I made the booking under my colleague's name accidentally without realising it. Thanks to this being resolved we were able to check in without having to make a new booking and incur the loss of the trip.com booking. He also helped me to change the booking name to my name instead. A big kudos to mike for saving our business trip from being a disaster!!
GGuest UserCHARGED EXTRA FOR NO REASON. Got something from alacarte charged 25.00 when it was 5.00 don’t stay unless you like getting nickeled and dimed 160.00 hotel cost 225 plus 100 extra on card for the forseeable future they claim up to 30 days its been over a week now, might not evwn see it enter my account at this point and i wouldnt be surprised.
GGuest UserWe loved staying at the Moxy! Perfect location as we were going to the reds game and beautiful decor throughout! It felt so comfy, cozy, and the service was friendly. The only down side we had was a leaking shower. The shower wall was also the wall to our room and it leaked on the bathroom door and through to the main area. Besides this it really was amazing!
PPriscilla DankwahThe staff I encountered were lovely. From the valet to the front desk, everyone was super nice and helpful! The room was pretty small for a family of 3. It was very clean though. Bathroom was also clean. It has a sliding door that was kind of hard to open and close. It would be nice to get a list of things to do in the area. Overall, great stay.
SS Paul DeolHotel was okay. When we first arrived we were given a room that was dirty but the front receptionist quickly corrected the mistake. House keeping also knocked on our door and said checkout was 10AM when it was really 11AM. A bit of a disconnect we found with the staff.
The bed was comfy, bathroom was spacious, but overall the room/hotel/elevator itself is a bit dated.
It’s an ideal location to attend a baseball game or walk around downtown.
SSuzy 33Seemed to me this hotel recently renovated. The main breakfast area furniture looked nice and clean. Front desk staff was very efficient and polite. The room was spacious with a sectional sofa and two queen bed. One indoor swimming pool look small, good for famliy. Breakfast typical continental buffet style. Signature made your own waffle from Comfort Suite/Inn hotel. Overall was a great stayed.
GGuest UserOverall was a good experience! Only issue was there is no microwave in your hotel room so when you and your family come back from a nice dinner or just have leftovers in general you have to go to the main lobby where there is only one microwave inside a cabinet for everyone in the hotel to use! Now here’s my real issue….inside that cabinet…not microwave just to be clear…. was a dead roach….we immediately alerted the staff and they were shocked just as we were! Staff said they would handle it so with good faith the next morning my kids were hungry went back down to that same microwave and the roach was still there‼️‼️‼️
ZZhangjunyanGo to Chicago to stay for one night, by the way, see the art museum, free visit, not many people, first-class exhibition experience, the hotel is relatively clean, the city center, convenient to eat around, there are many historical buildings, plus the price after taxes, hotel breakfast ~ there is a place similar to Starbucks, not very friendly, Go out for breakfast.
GGuest UserI requested a non-smoking room, but the room smelled like a combination of cigarette smoke and air freshener. When I walked around the room barefoot, I noticed dirt sticking to my feet. I love the walk in shower. The A/C worked well.
