"I stayed here with my family for a three day long vacation. We LOVED it. We needed a pack n play crib for our youngest and they were very accommodating even though we checked in late! Also, they had a fantastic breakfast. Very very clean with the best views!"
"Myself and husband along with another couple stayed at the Hampton to attend a concert. Our stay was fine. The hotel had hot water issues but the front desk staff (Tony) took very good care of us. I will stay again as the breakfast ladies were very nice as well "
"I have already reviewed it. The reason why I separated the two orders was because I was hesitant. Later, I booked it again without thinking too much. The room is really good, but the geographical environment is hard to describe."
"I recently stayed at Ambanice Hotel and had a pleasant experience overall. The location is convenient and easy to access, making it a good choice for both short and extended stays. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. Housekeeping did a good job of keeping everything tidy, and basic amenities were provided as expected. The staff were polite, helpful, and responsive whenever assistance was needed."
"Excellent airport free shuttle service to airport and easy booking kiosk in the lobby. Breakfast was terrible. Rooms were clean and comfortable with a couple of restaurants nearby and petrol station. Nice TV with good cable channels in the room."
"Good location, opposite the racing hall of fame, two blocks to the Hornets home. The front desk is welcoming and humorous, and many of the guests are very lively. The hotel offers free drinks in the evening. Breakfast is very rich and very good experience."
"My Husband and I had a great stay. The beds are hard but comfortable for us. The room was very clean and the staff are very friendly. Nice place to stay. Thank you for a wonderful stay."
"We came to Charlotte for an NBA game and the experience of staying at the Garden Hotel was great! First of all, the location is excellent. The spectral center, science museum, library, hall of fame and other attractions within one kilometer are all within walking distance. Downstairs is a farmer market, , but unfortunately the market only opens on Sunday, and the surrounding area is also very close to the whole food supermarket. You can buy some food back to the hotel for heating. The room has a coffee machine and a microwave. It is smart. If I make a coffee machine, I have to understand the principle. Everything is for me."
"The restaurant and front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. The environment was clean and well maintained. It is only about 200 meters distance with the Conventional Center and whole food MRT, which was very convenient for attending the conference. Overall, the experience was quite good."

Very Good
GGuest UserThe lobby is beautiful. Check in was quick and easy. There is a $50 deposit for any damages that is returned to you after check out (3-4 business days). We arrived during their happy hour. Each adult got 2 free drinks and complementary snacks. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. The shower was nice and big and had plenty of hot water. But there wasn't much water pressure. The beds were comfortable and the room was very clean. The indoor pool was warm and very spacious. They have a kitchen here and the food was pretty good compared to the pricing. The breakfast was amazing. There were many different options for you to choose from, including a fresh omelet stand. I would definitely stay here again for business and pleasure.
YYINGThe bathroom conditions are average, a bit peculiar, and breakfast is average. The room is quite big. The experience is not so good, it feels not worth the price.
GGuest UserIt’s was a rocky stay ! The rooms were alright the service ****** ! From me getting ice a worker asked me to not get so much ! I thought I’ve was free then I was banned from here because my niece left a sheet outside on the ground ! So the decided we can purchase a stay ! I left disgruntled I won’t go back
LLilymaeFor the reasonable cost of this hotel it was excellent. What made this stay for us was the staff. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Beverly went above and beyond for us. The only downside was the heater wasn’t working in the pool but things happen that are unexpected.
袁袁We drove through Charlotte, only stayed here for one night, and we had to hurry, so we chose this hotel on the side of the road. From this perspective, her location is very good, just a few minutes up and down the highway. Nothing else is special. This hotel is like a domestic chain store.
KKrizza Mae Reiszl RuizI arrived at the hotel from the airport late at midnight. The hotel is quite large, but they only have two elevators, and my room is located very far from them. I had to walk a long distance while carrying my luggage to reach my room. Once I got there, the room key didn’t work, so I had to go back downstairs with my bags to inform the front desk.
A staff member came up to provide me with a manual key, as he could not open the door himself. I asked him for a new room key because I wanted to go downstairs to find something to eat, as I hadn’t had dinner yet. He mentioned he would return shortly with another key, but I felt uneasy being alone in the room, especially since it seemed like not many guests were staying at the hotel.
GGuest UserThe room isn't cleaned daily; I had to request it several times. The breakfast isn't very varied. There's a lot of noise from other rooms, and nothing can be done about it. The room is spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom is very nice, except that there's no lock on the door.
GGlauco lopesThe hotel was worth it for the benefit, but the morning coffee is cheating, this photo appears is a lie. There are only cake, juice and cold coffee. Yes cold coffee....
The attendant in the morning is very rude, and God bless her so that she may be more educated.
Wwuxiao_1983Near the airport, parking is free, there is a free breakfast, standard hotel standard, cost-effective. If you drive by yourself, it is a good place to go to Atlanta.
Some top places to stay in Charlotte are near popular attractions like Spectrum Center and Freedom Park—so you can quickly get to top landmarks and amenities you need.
