"Shower with very little pressure, barely any water coming out. When checking out, they told us that we had to pay for the stay, when it had already been paid for a week before through Trip.com. After checking the system several times, they told us that it was a mistake, but they told us that we had to pay for the parking, when we had parked our car on the street. After waiting a few minutes, they told us that it was another mistake. Too many mistakes for a 4-star hotel that made us waste time checking out, when everything had been paid for a week before."

However, as it is an old building, there were some places that were not clean. Considering the price, it was okay. It is good for a short stay. Toothpaste and toothbrush are not provided, so you can bring your own or buy them at the nearby Dia."

"The receptionist is a thief! I booked a room on 05/26 by credit card on the hotel website, he sent me an email at 4 a.m. on the day of my arrival on 07/22 to tell me that he was unable to charge my credit card even though my reservation specifies that payment is made at the hotel and that the credit card is only used as a guarantee. He told me that if I don't give him my credit card number by phone or in writing by email, he will cancel my reservation. I was already on the road so I assured him that I would be at the hotel at 3 p.m. but he didn't want to wait for me and canceled my reservation at 1:30 p.m. I arrived at the hotel at 2:45 p.m., the receptionist told me that he canceled the reservation but that the room was still available but more expensive. This person is a crook, a thief! He wouldn't give me the price for my reservation so I had to leave with my wife and 2 children to look for a new hotel. It's a disgrace to behave like this with customers, it's disgusting!"
