Hot water was reliable, the bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, and the toiletries were good. The receptionist was patient and attentive. Overall, a great experience, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time! The orange gummies and mini biscuits were delicious, absolutely amazing!!!

You put a bunch of clothes in and you come out with dry clothes, but it takes a long time. There are three fully automatic washing machines in the laundry room. I didn't go for breakfast. It costs 40 yuan per person and the quality should be good. The front desk service is very warm and thoughtful, and the room attendants are meticulous in their hygiene, which is worthy of praise.

It probably wouldn't have been as effective as what I bought. I highly recommend these capsules; I only took one and didn't have headaches for the rest of my stay. Also, get some glucose. I bought glucose drinks and had one in the morning and one in the evening. Just these two things are enough. The oxygen felt useless. I bought two small bottles of oxygen and a氧气 bag, but they were pointless. I felt like it was a 'tax on intelligence.' If you want to buy it for a bit of psychological comfort, go ahead, but for real oxygen, go to a hospital for pure oxygen. Regarding showering, I heard you shouldn't shower for the first three days. I didn't on the first day, but by the second, I couldn't stand it anymore. I felt completely stinky and just had to shower. It was fine; as long as you stay warm, dress quickly after showering, and dry your hair, you'll be okay. This hotel is good, I recommend it. It's also close to the Potala Palace. If you have very high standards, you might prefer a big-brand hotel, but for this price, this one is definitely worth it.
