"It is a complex in the city of Liberec in the north of the Czech Republic, near the Polish and German border, in fact most of the information is in these languages ​​in addition to Czech and English. In this complex you can find, all indoors, a water park, children's amusement park, spa and wellness area, as well as restaurants, cafes and some more shops. Finding everything is a bit chaotic at first, but like everything, you get used to it. The rooms are spacious, somewhat old but well preserved, it is a real 3*** if we stick to the Spanish standard. The prices are not bad, as is the Czech Republic in general, the people are efficient, but not too friendly (they are not unpleasant either). The hotel restaurant (Atrium I want to remember) is not bad for the price, and the only bad thing is that the hours are not Spanish type. To say something bad about the hotel, the restaurant staff literally harasses you to take the empty (or not empty) plate off the table and if you arrive in the last third of the lunch and dinner hours you will find almost all the dishes finished. and in none of the days I was there did they replace what was running out. It is centrally located and there are many shops in the surrounding area."

"The hotel unfairly advertises wellness services. It also doesn't live up to the Pytlon name. Apparently, it was no longer possible to book a wellness service, even three days in advance. Overall, you felt like you were being a nuisance if you asked anything. The room was very bad! Dirty, dark floors, partially broken heating (in winter), and indefinably moldy walls. The room smelled very strongly of chimneys. The smoking area was right in front of the room window, so you could rarely air the room. You could hear all the conversations in the neighboring rooms. The only good thing about the hotel was the breakfast, if you got a seat. Parking is very limited, so in some places you were turned away by the hotel staff. This was not at all what I had imagined a Pytlon Wellness Hotel in Liberec would be like, and I definitely won't recommend it!"

"horrible! It is recommended not to come to this hotel if you don't check email often. This hotel cannot check-in independently, so late check-in after 8 o'clock will charge 10 euros for less than half an hour? We delayed arrival because of the car problem. They were unsympathetic and had been yin and yang weird? Crazy urging? Then the number of people to make up for the charge is also messy...so we made up 1400 yuan? "A short two-day trip with two older children to Liberec and Ještěd. The Pytloun Liberec is a well-maintained little hotel on the outskirts of Liberec. It's difficult to reach by public transport, hence only three points for location. The room was quite small but adequate. The self-check-in portal initially makes the hotel feel a bit impersonal, but you'll encounter the friendly and attentive staff by breakfast. The excellent and plentiful breakfast deserves special mention; the children were particularly delighted with the waffle iron. We highly recommend this hotel if you're arriving by car."

"The room was great, spacious, with a walk-in closet and a nice shower. The environment was also excellent, convenient to everywhere, very close to the subway station. During my stay, I could cook my own meals. It was very close to the Clock Tower, Charles Bridge, and Mucha Museum. The Kafka Statue Shop was right next door, just a three-minute walk. The only problem was that they only changed the beds and cleaned twice during my 15-day stay. Once, I saw a cleaning staff member and asked them to take out the trash, but for some reason, they refused. I put up a sign and sent an email, but they still refused to take it out the next time I saw them. I don't know if there was some misunderstanding. Taking it out myself wasn't a problem, but I didn't know the local regulations. Sometimes, when I went outside, the garbage truck would take all the trash cans away. Also, there was a sign in the room asking for help with trash disposal, which I hung on the door. I hope this can be improved."

"We stayed for 3 nights and 4 days with two 12-year-old girls and used all the services except the zoo. We were extremely satisfied – both rooms were clean, like new, with no visible signs of wear and tear (even in the bathroom), daily cleaning, reasonable temperature, comfortable mattresses. Food: breakfast and dinner offered a wide selection, with up to 7 different dishes for dinner. Only the attractions in FanPark and especially LunaPark could use some renovation – they are showing their age. AquaPark is still the same – you can see that it is being repaired and probably also modified – standard. Only occasionally was the staff not up to standard (with the exception of the reception staff, the Atrium restaurant, and the maids), but you probably won't find anyone better for that wage. Overall impression - a pleasant stay that we enjoyed."

"The service was poor – lazy and incompetent. The room was cleaned without a care – not even the glasses were washed! The coffee wasn't refilled. Table water as a "welcome"? That's something completely new! I've traveled to dozens of countries and have never encountered anything like it. Poor. We definitely won't be returning – there are enough other, better, and probably even cheaper hotels. And a hotel with such a history doesn't even meet the average standard."

"We had a very positive experience staying at this hotel, even though it was just for one night. Both check-in and check-out were self-service, and everything was clear, straightforward, and completely hassle-free. We didn't encounter any staff until breakfast, which was extensive. Despite it being early morning, they were all very pleasant, helpful, and cheerful. Nothing was too much trouble, and there was a genuinely lovely atmosphere.
