The breakfast room was also overcrowded, and the tables were close together. The buffet, however, was very good. The service staff at the reception desk were less than friendly."

"Excellent Welcome!! After 7 hours of driving family was tired, hungry and exhausted. After smooth check-in we were offered sparkling wine in the lobby to relax while staff gave us good recommendation to local restaurants. In the fresh room staff even prepared water, snacks and a cute bed for our little dog...so lovely. Breakfast was great and check-out felt like saying goodbye to close relatives. "The quality of the room is disappointing, my bedsheet had blood on it from a previous guest, the door handle was hanging off, the shower had black mould and a broken shower head (see pictures) You understand the importance of service to a hotel when you ask for assistance, especially when this is ignored or you are directed to use broken equipment. All these issues tell of an underlying issue with the respect and care they give guests."

"Hotel is really small, what i usually like. Service was really good. Rooms and public aress needs littlebit update. We rented spa area for us and liked that really much. Breakfast is small, but we didn’t left table with hunger and what they have there is good enough. Free privat parking is always nice thing. Location of this place is quite odd. There is nothing nearby, but tram stop is quite nere and taxi to city center is cheap. Place is recommendable."

"It is a complex in the city of Liberec in the north of the Czech Republic, near the Polish and German border, in fact most of the information is in these languages ​​in addition to Czech and English. Finding everything is a bit chaotic at first, but like everything, you get used to it. The rooms are spacious, somewhat old but well preserved, it is a real 3*** if we stick to the Spanish standard. The prices are not bad, as is the Czech Republic in general, the people are efficient, but not too friendly (they are not unpleasant either). The hotel restaurant (Atrium I want to remember) is not bad for the price, and the only bad thing is that the hours are not Spanish type. To say something bad about the hotel, the restaurant staff literally harasses you to take the empty (or not empty) plate off the table and if you arrive in the last third of the lunch and dinner hours you will find almost all the dishes finished. and in none of the days I was there did they replace what was running out. It is centrally located and there are many shops in the surrounding area."

"We are staying in this hotel for 5 nights, came yesterday and when we came to our room there was so much noise from the road that is right under our windows. So sleeping in wellness hotel means you will hear the noise from cars each 1 minute, but the most disappointing thing for us was attitude of staff who works on guest reception, we asked them to help us and just to change the side of the room, but the men was shouted on me that he can not help and that he is tired, asked us to go to reception the next morning to speak with Kristina. Next morning we came to Kristina and kindly asked to change our room, but her negative attitude was even worse, she did not even try to help and told us that she can not do nothing (( We also had no wifi in room, but after they fixed it, thanks. But generally need to say that even if the hotel is nice and so many people make their best to feel guests comfortable, front desk needs to respect their guests, it is very important in any situation."

"horrible! It is recommended not to come to this hotel if you don't check email often. This hotel cannot check-in independently, so late check-in after 8 o'clock will charge 10 euros for less than half an hour? We delayed arrival because of the car problem. They were unsympathetic and had been yin and yang weird? Crazy urging? Then the number of people to make up for the charge is also messy...so we made up 1400 yuan?
