"The room looked very clean and the service was very good. But there were two cockroaches flying around in the room, so that the food and cups were covered with paper towels. There were also flies in the restaurant at breakfast the next day, and there were also flies outside the door when setting off. Maybe it's not a hotel problem, it's the local environment that should be cleaned up."
