Lismore Bounty Workers Club Motel ★★★★

"I booked this motel through Qantas Hotel as a king suite with a large deluxe corner spa. Be aware, the king suite advertised on Qantas Holiday website never had a spa bath, I was told by the motel manager. The room’s wifi was not working at all, and it was not fixed during my three nights stay. Despite of setting the aircon for 29 degrees, it did not blow any warm air during my stay, which was not again fixed. On the second day, the room was not cleaned at all. It was not a pleasant stay. I do not recommend this motel for these reason."

"We have just spent an absolutely fabulous four days staying at Nightcap Ridge AirBnB! The beautiful Blue Fig cottage was private, tranquil, superbly decorated and furnished with everything we needed to make our "off-grid" stay an absolute dream! Overlooking the lovely dam and surrounded by rainforest we were emersed in Nature; waking to the sounds of birds, strolling through the rainforest, seeing the resident Koala and her baby and sitting on the verandah soaking in the lovely view just felt like we were in heaven! To top it off Adam and Nick the new owners were amazing hosts making sure that everything was perfect for our stay with beautiful fresh flowers setup on the table and lots of great advice on where to go and what to see. Nothing was too much trouble. We highly recommend Nightcap Ridge to everyone and PS it would be a fabulous place for a wedding too! Maggie and Hugh"

"So unimpressed, never again. Woken at 4am by the lovely rooster who carried on for hours, old mate in the next room was rattling the walls with his snoring, very thin, the driveway is a dangerous hazard and the waterfall isn't much to speak off. Don't try to swim, you'll be pulling off the leeches. Nothing great here, overpriced. "

"I stay in a lot of country accommodation and usually don’t bother with reviews as most are pretty standard, this is next level. Being new helps but it really feels like a quality place. The undercover car park with secure swipe card access after hours is great. Staff are lovely. A real find."

"We were keen to see this accommodation having built container house ourselves. It is absolutely lovely !! Beautifully finished and decorated, and sitting in a peaceful country spot with cows and birdlife for company. Love the ceiling fans, much preferred to AC (which is also installed). We only had one night on our way through to Brisbane, but it is a perfect location for a longer stay, all the amenities you might need, and close to Nibim township which is wonderful - great food options as well as the colourful streetscape."
