"This hotel serves horrible food. I had to send something back as it was fool of bones and very poor quality meat. An employee named Domingos came to my room and insisted I pay for it even though I sent it back in its entirety. What restaurant in the world charges for food that is sent back? All the restaurants here only have menus with QR codes which is extremely annoying. Have also had several problems with the appliances in my room. I can’t recommend this hotel. The staff are poorly trained and the general manager is unresponsive to emails."

"Nice hotel in Luanda with a terrace bar and food gym/spa facilities. The rooms are nice and clean and the staff are very good. Buffet style service in the main restaurant, all the food was nice especially the sushi. The bar service was a little slow at times but other than that it was quite a pleasant stay for a couple of nights."

"We had a wonderful stay at Art House! The location is perfect if you’re looking to be within walking distance of the beach. The rooms were comfortable, beautifully maintained, and cleaned daily, which made our stay even more enjoyable. What really stood out was the warm, homely atmosphere. Art House has a cozy, family-like feel, and both the staff and fellow guests were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The rooftop was another highlight, offering breathtaking views of both Luanda’s skyline and the beach—especially beautiful at sunrise or sunset. The included breakfast was delicious and a great way to start each day. Overall, Art House offers fantastic value for money, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended!"

"The hotel is in a quiet neighbourhood. We had a late arrival (00.30) but this was no problem at all. Reception is super friendly and helpfull. No problem to leave luggage for the day. They can help with arranging a taxi or transport. Prices is very reasonable. Breakfast is OK: tea, coffee, bread, fruit, etc. Recommended."

"Enjoyed my stay but the road works made the hotel not easily accessible. Some taxi drivers got lost which was made worse because of lack of signage. The owners should put signage with the hotel name it’s not written anywhere. The staff were so helpful though especially Anna Maria and Abel. Keep up the good work guys"

"Location is great right across the ocean but a bit far from the city center. Every single employee there are very polite and nice people. Above all they are trustworthy and trusting people. Their credit card processing didn’t work but they let me stay until they figured out how to process my payment and they billed my on the last day of my stay and is trust to me. And for the meals I paid the day after I left. They are good hearted people they just want to do the right thing for their guests and I appreciate that."
