"The hotel is declining, I haven't had a good experience on my last trip. My reservation was made in advance, when I arrived in the night to check in I found that I had fetched the checkin of another guest as if it were me (they adjusted after a while and gave me another room). The breakfast is very weak and few options, the staff are nice, but the room service is not long enough, I asked for a dish and a cut in the room and told you they couldn't offer."
