"My daughter and I stayed here for 2 days to visit family in Kepanjen. We booked directly at the last minute and we were glad that they were able to accommodate us. Pros: Had a very comfortable stay. Great breakfast buffet. Warm and curteous customer service. Improvements: More variety of towels instead of just body towels. Soundproofing could be better, we heard trains passing by the rear of the hotel and kids screaming in the hallway."

The location is strategic, close to the tea plantation tourist spot with views of Mount Arjuno. The food at Arjuno Restaurant was delicious with plenty of variety. "After a family event, we had a staycation here, and then headed to Taman Safari the next day. The service and the place were absolutely the best! When hunger struck late at night, we didn't even have to go downstairs; we just ordered. The Szechuan chicken was amazing and totally worth it compared to going out. We received a welcome drink, and then on departure, we got a snack and a bouquet."
