"The single room with a balcony in the main building was fantastic, and the staff were very attentive. However, for my last night's extension, I couldn't get the same room type, so I had to change rooms. They moved me to the annex, which was really bad. There was constant machine noise before 8 PM, and it had been going on since I moved in at 11 AM. The soundproofing was terrible; I could hear everything the neighbors were saying, as if we were in the same room. I've attached a video so you can hear it. Please consider booking the annex if you're unsure."

"We came for tennis lessons and the teaching skills of all our different coaches was just exceptional! The hotel provides good rooms with big windows and high quality bedding. The bathroom has however no amenities, no magnifying mirror, the minibar is almost empty and gets inconsistently refilled. Check-in was quick but we got just handed the key without any further information about locations, opening hours etc. Food was ok but nothing more with a average choice. The worst experience was the kids tennis camp for our two children. Hardly any information at the beginning, they never knew where to go and many changes during the program made their integration very difficult. A special mention for the physiotherapists who do an amazing job! I’ll definitely will be back but probably staying outside the hotel and just enjoying the tennis facilities."

"Booked a “Sea and Port View” room, but what I got was a view of concrete buildings with a tiny sliver of water barely visible. Felt completely misled. For €143, I expected better, but the hotel refused to acknowledge the issue or offer any compensation. False advertising and dismissive service—won’t be coming back. Majorca has far better options. Avoid this place if you value honesty and transparency."

"Everything was more than adequate, but I missed the fact that the kitchen wasn't open until 3:30 p.m., meaning you couldn't dine and had to go to a restaurant in Portocristo, which is a real inconvenience if you're there for work. Otherwise, I highly recommend it."

I found the changes affected me so much , I did like the pool being open but so many people were missing that helped me enjoy my holiday I found the extra spaces provided outside for meals were causing so much extra work for the staff To the remaining staff that I knew there thank you"

"We have just returned from our visit to this hotel. Absolutely fantastic. The hotel is spotless. The food is very very good. Lots of choice and all great quality. The only issue we had as a group of 8 with two small children were the rooms. We booked with jet 2 and allocated two double rooms and a bungalow. One of the doubles was absolutely tiny and you couldn’t survive in there with a travel fit and luggage. We asked a few days in and were moved. The only downside is these rooms have no balconies to sit on or dry any swimwear. Other than this we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The setting is beautiful. The staff are amazing and the food was sublime!!!"

"I don't normal write reviews of hotels, but I just got back from the Rural Son Mas with my children, and I was so impressed with the hotel I wanted to write a review. From the minute we arrived, everyone at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. The building itself is beautiful and has been thoughtfully restored. The grounds are phenomenal, and the view from the pool was lovely and so relaxing. Dinner in the evening was cooked to order and was delicious. So was the breakfast. If you are looking for a charming, family orientated hotel which is non corporate and very personal, I would totally recommend the Son Mas. We can't wait to return."

"Fantastic hotel, the view from my room was out of this world, the hotel was spotless as usual , the staff and management outstanding as usual. Their helpfulness was as always superb. I only had breakfast here which was very good as I like to go to the local restaurants which are all very good. I was totally relaxed here and haven't felt that way for a while , the gardens are super and I used to enjoy a drink and relax just admiring them I shall certainly be back next year God willing Than you so much to all at club silliot"

"I originally booked a hotel in Palma, but it was canceled temporarily, so I booked this hotel. It is very suitable for friends who drive by themselves. There are enough parking spaces in front of the hotel. The scenery of the hotel is simply amazing. Looking out from the restaurant and swimming pool area is the jelly sea that tourists are after. It feels no different from other popular jelly seas. You don't have to drive to other jelly seas. You can get there in a few minutes' walk. Go to the beach and play in the water. The room facilities are average, but they are sufficient, clean and tidy, and beer is provided on the first night. However, like many Spanish hotels, there is no water refill, so you can buy a few more bottles of water to prepare when you go out. Overall, it can be selected into the Life Hotel Series. Although the hardware is a bit ordinary, the scenery is really amazing. I will consider staying here again next time."

"We trabelled as a group of two families with young children - everything at this hotel was great we would definitely return. The resort is large so great to get some walks in, we tended to walk down to the beach and use buggies to go up the hill. Yes sometimes at peak they are busy and you may need to wait for one, but you're on holiday so what's the rush. Nice mix of UK and Europeans in the hotel which made it more interesting. Pools are great for kids and not salt water, they are heated. No sunbed issue unless you really miss the boat and come at 11am. Buffet is fresh and has nice food, Mexican by the beach breaks up the week too. We went to the town for a steak on one night, hotel sorted taxis for us easily even though we were 7 with 3 car seats needed. Staff are great, generally recommended for a nice break away. The sea area is stunning."
