"I had one of the most disappointing stays at Tan and Sand Resort. Right from the check-in, things went downhill. They changed the charges on arrival, demanding more money than what was confirmed during booking — a clear case of bait and switch. The room was a disaster: it had a bad odor, the sofa was broken, and the bathroom was filthy with a persistent stench. The outside area of the room was equally dirty, clearly neglected and unhygienic. Service? What service? Staff were unresponsive and unhelpful throughout the stay. The restaurant charges were outrageously high for mediocre food — definitely not worth the price. To top it all off, my car was damaged during valet parking, and the management refused to take responsibility. This place is a complete rip-off and a health hazard. Avoid it at all costs — there are far better options in Goa that actually care about their guests."
