"Booked 2 nights at Ramada Marcoola, location backs onto beach & a nice park which was very convenient. We booked a ocean view & view was great from balcony. However, the cleanliness of the room was not I would expected, the walls & curtains dirty, hair on bed & bathroom floor & mould in bathroom with musty smell which wafted into the bedroom. The air conditioner was very loud & no temperature control. Bed was not comfortable, no change of towels on 2nd day Rooms needs major renovation."

"I booked this hotel because there was airport service Or ask a friend to carry it...super low value for money The check in time was 6:30 pm, were handled about 7 pm, has been constantly emphasizing keeping quiet, keeping clean, so even if there is a swimming pool and BBQ we did not dare to use Also clearly written check in time is eight, but I said we would arrive at seven, the service staff twisted and looked very inconvenient! Finally, the equipment says there is a kitchen, but in practice there is only one microwave, no toothpaste toothbrush, slippers and spare parts are provided and nothing says..."

"We stayed 4 nights in a 3 bedroom apartment with rooftop spa and we were so happy with the apartment. Plenty of room for the kids, they loved the rooftop spa and the heated pool. The beach views were spectacular. So much to do the kids enjoyed the jumping pillow, tennis, table tennis, games room and basketball. We hired the electric bikes out the front and tried some local restaurants and cafes. It’s a nice quiet spot and beach is pristine. Overall we would love to come back at least once a year and plan to make it a regular relaxing getaway for our family of 5. Thanks Atlantis crew and see you soon"

"We were very disappointed with our stay. For $400 per night, we expected a much higher standard. The fridge was inoperable, with a spare one awkwardly placed in the lounge. There was visible mould on electrical devices and in the shower, and the curtains were made of a plastic material that was in a questionable state. Even more concerning, some appliances had exposed wires, which surely would not meet safety regulations. To top it off, there were dirty dishes left in the dishwasher, presumably from the previous guests. While we received a $200 refund, this unit should never have been offered in its current condition."
