"Very old equipment in room. All ventilation fans were making noise. The photos showed the db at 2am in the morning in my room. The fan in bathroom just sounded a tractor engine.  I also recorded the fan noise in bathroom but couldn’t upload here.  One short stuff in front desk with eyeglasses always were trying to educate customers that you should do this , you should not do that. He always had excuses if I asked him help."

"The hotel's cleanliness was subpar; the elevator carpet was consistently dirty. The location was decent, close to dining and transportation, and there was ample parking. However, the facilities were old. The air conditioning in the rooms had a loud humming noise that was very disruptive, and I tried multiple rooms with the same issue, which was confirmed by the maintenance staff. The elevators were frequently out of order. The service was lacking; my room wasn't cleaned on the first day as promised, and the front desk staff seemed unhelpful. Breakfast was very mediocre. I had another reservation here for next week, but I've since canceled it. I do not recommend this hotel."

"Stayed here for 5 nights so we could go to a language camp nearby. Good price for a suite with kitchenette Inc of breakfast & pool and even 2 playgrounds 3mins walk. Friendly staff quick to give extra towels when needed and swapped out rooms when the AC wasn’t working. The area is brilliant and close to lots of Asian food places and businesses. Will be back if we do the camp next time"
