"Family of three stayed four nights in October. Staff and breakfast couldn’t have been lovelier. Our room was a triple with a single bed for our son and perfect for us. The room walls are quite thin. It was not a problem for us but may be for light sleepers. Weather was warm enough for us to use the pool and we mostly had it to ourselves! Great location for reaching Mt. Etna. You really do need a car to stay here. Supermarkets and restaurants are not within SAFE walking distance. The busy road does not allow for safe walking to the town centre unless maybe during the daytime but certainly not with a young child. This was not an issue for us as we had a car, but worth noting for others. Giordana at reception was so very helpful with reservations and recommendations. We very much appreciated the breakfast staff and the lovely goodbye Amaro to take home with us."

"worst place i have ever stayed in....our room was furnished with super old bits and pieces - I usually do not mind this but the problem was that everything was stiff with dust. The bath was particularly disgusting....I dreaded showering in it and tried not to come in contact with anything....did not have any breakfast at the place as the hygiene standard of the room made me afraid to consume anything prepared on the premises. to be fair the pool area was rather lovely but the rest of the property is neglected and derelict."
