It seems that men have to do this job. After communication, I was given a bed sheet covering a dirty sofa. The bed sheet is clean. The occupancy rate is high because it is cheap and is washed frequently."

"The a/c does not work in the guest rooms which is a shame because the property is brand new. But a room with non-working a/c is miserable. Sheets were not provided for the fold out couch, only a blanket and pillow. I contacted the front desk and specifically asked for sheets. I received a second blanket. Management apparently expects you to sleep on a mattress pad."
