"If you're a foreigner, a translation tool is essential because the staff don't speak English, or their accent was hard for us to understand. When we couldn't communicate, they seemed annoyed (90% of the staff didn't smile at us). There was an older staff member who was friendly, especially the one handling ski activity bookings. 🤬🤬 Absolutely terrible. The food was mediocre, not much variety or taste. The room was clean, and the onsen bathroom with amenities was excellent. In summary, due to poor communication and the staff's lack of enthusiasm in recommending snow activities, my trip ended in tears 😭😭. I had planned to do many snow activities, but instead, I just walked around, built snowmen, and rolled in the snow. I won't be coming back here next trip. I'll look for a hotel that's more welcoming to Thais."

"Upon arrival, the check-in instructions were thorough. Every time I passed by an employee, everyone greeted me and I felt very comfortable. In the room, the air conditioning was a little difficult to understand, it took some time to find the remote control for the lights, and the sound of drainage from other rooms was a bit bothersome. However, the bath I went for this time was the best. It was spacious and clean, and I was able to enjoy the open-air bath, so I had a really relaxing time. Next time I would like to use the private open-air bath. The buffet meal was delicious and had enough quantity for our family. However, if it wasn't the final time, I wonder if there would have been a little more variety? I thought so. I was able to walk around the garden and enjoy the beautiful scenery. I still want to use it."

"We sang karaoke with the family and relaxed in the bath. Above all, the room had a great view of Mt. Tanigawa and was very calming. I also stayed here at the end of the year. I loved the open-air crystal bath (a big, rustic barrel bath). There was a river flowing right next to it, and it felt like we were in the mountains, so it was a very charming and comfortable time. "Stayed here for 2 nights. Breakfast was good, but what was really great was the dinner. There are big strawberries. There was unlimited sweetness to eat. It was really great. On the first day of our stay, there was no snow at all. But on the second day, after traveling to the ski resort, when we returned to the hotel, we found snow in front of the hotel and inside the hotel, maybe 1 foot high. Very beautiful, impressive. The first day of showering was outdoors and the atmosphere was very refreshing. Think about soaking in warm mineral water in an atmosphere of 0 degrees. On the second day, you can take an indoor shower because the weather is minus 3 degrees, so it's better to take a shower indoors. The staff took very good care of us, like close relatives. Ask anything, I can answer it all. Recommend only good things The waiters were very attentive. In conclusion, I got a full score for this trip."

"Pro: The room were so clean and very well maintained, its surely larger than what explained in trip.com 16sqm. With indoor balcony, bathroom, toilet; the roomsize should be around 40sqm. The onsen both indoor and outdoor was so good. However, this hotel has very limited service, no check in counter, no reception, no people. First day when we arrived, all the lights in front of hotel was off so we were not sure if this is really hotel. And when we walk inside hotel prepared all documents and keys on the table. Cons; corridor was freezing in winter. There was only heater in the room and specific point at living room. But hotels provided alcohol beverage to warm us up in the living room instead. ^~^"

"There was a special feature on hot springs with a special feel, and this hot spring was featured, so I took a bus from Jomo Kogen. I thought that everyone was coming by car and we were the only ones on the bus when we came and left. This inn is located deep in the mountains and has the feel of a hidden hot spring, and the mixed bathing Houshi-no-yu has a nice atmosphere. The room had nice tiles and lighting in the sink. The food was not typical of a meal deep in the mountains, but the Joshu Beef Plan was delicious. Taking care of the meals was also very helpful and made me feel good."
