"The place was clean and the hot springs were great, but when we arrived for dinner, which was supposed to start at 6:30 pm, it wasn't ready. The website showed luxurious tempura and other dishes, but all we got was shabu-shabu, sushi, simmered dishes, and jelly. And to top it all off, there were only about five staff members, so I wonder how they plan to get through a public holiday... All the staff were foreigners, and their Japanese was broken. I have stayed in so many hot spring hotels, and Senjuan can be said to have the best service. When I arrived at the hotel, tea and snacks were served separately according to the convention. At this time, the waiter took out four pens and five ballpoint pens for you to choose, which was a full sense of ceremony. Going to the room, Ohbasan tried his best to introduce various facilities in English along the way. Each room has a private open-air hot spring, mini-bar soft drinks are free, and equipped with various teas and capsule coffee. There is a reading room and a rest area in the hotel garden, with free drinks and desserts. I went to the reading room for a walk and was ready to leave. The waiter was afraid that I didn’t know that I could order and chased me to the door to ask if I needed a drink.
