"The owner is very, very friendly. After eating at Nishinoomote on the night of check-in, I drove back to the B&B in the pouring rain and used it. It took twice as long to get back. When we arrived, it was already past 11 o'clock. The owner of the house was already asleep. We rang the bell to wake her up to get the key. I was really, really sorry, but the owner didn't lose his temper and clearly informed us that we needed to get the key. The things you pay attention to are really professional and I appreciate it very much. If you have the opportunity to go to Tanegashima, it is an accommodation worth considering."

Many good restaurants are within walking distance, and the owner was very nice, providing helpful tips for travelling around Tanegashima. The backyard is also a great place to do some stargazing, and the room I had was able to head directly to it. Breakfast served was also very good; a homestyle japanese style breakfast."

"I think it's a great hotel. It's a hidden hotel, located at the end of a narrow road off Prefectural Route 586, so it was a bit difficult to find at first. At night, there are no lights around, so the starry sky is beautiful and left a lasting impression. As for the facilities, as the name suggests, there are many wooden decorations that make you want to take photos. As it is surrounded by nature, there are some areas where insects are more likely to get in, but it is close to the Tanegashima Space Center, so I think it is a hotel that I can recommend."

"You can see the "Elephant Drinking Water" from your room. It was in the guidebook and I had listed it as a candidate for a place I wanted to go to, but I didn't even leave the hotel and it was right on the beach right in front of the hotel. I didn't expect it to be this close without wasting time visiting. Surfers were enjoying surfing in the sea in front of us, but on this day the waves were small and they seemed to be having a hard time surfing. The sunrise I could see from the window was dyed in various shades of pink, making me feel like I was in a fairytale world."

"The accommodation was comfortable and had all the facilities you would expect. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Due to bad weather, transportation on the way there did not go as planned, but they accommodated changes to our meals. The weather was also bad on the way back, but they predicted whether transportation would run based on the wind and wave forecast. The food was also delicious, and they talked to us during meals, which was very enjoyable. They taught us a lot about the island, and we are very grateful."
