Daiwa Roynet Hotel Ibaraki Mito
9.4 (181 reviews)

Daiwa Roynet Hotel Ibaraki Mito ★★★★

📍 1 Chome-7-44 Miyamachi, Mito

"Location is excellent! Rooms are clean but compact - no extra leg room. Service is bad. In Jap, we cannot speak the language, needs help to talk to restaurant. Total objection to help, why? Reason -hotel has bad experience in booking restaurant for customer. Instead of total rejection to help, guide the staff. There is no need to identify the hotel or staff, just help as a friend or even a stranger asking for help. Give the customer name and telephone number. A total rejection is totally no customer service. Bad!"

📍 2 Chome-6-7 Minamimachi, Mito

"The large public bath was excellent. It was very clean and comfortable. The room was also very quiet with excellent soundproofing, but there was one thing that bothered me. Whenever I closed the door to my room, there was a constant whistling noise. It stopped if I opened the door just a little, so I slept with the door open. I'd like you to check this again. I'm not particularly sensitive, but I have good hearing. I thought it was great that there was a door inside the room, separating the toilet and shower from the living room. As for the young woman at the front desk, I think she needs to learn how to serve customers. Her hospitality skills are very poor. To be honest, she was unfriendly."

📍 1-1-23 Sakuragawa, Mito

"Breakfast was delicious. The room may be clean. Because the tavern around the station is close, the night rice is not troubled at all. I rented a car, but I'm sorry that there is no parking assistance. The parking was only a guide to the place."

📍 2078-1 Senbacho, Mito

"My family of four stayed here on September 14, 2025. There were quite a few foreign tourists, but it wasn't crowded and we had a comfortable stay throughout. The hotel had a very luxurious and elegant atmosphere. The air conditioning was so strong that it was almost cold inside. The room had a modern feel, and the bathroom and toilet were made of transparent tempered glass. The double sink was nice."

📍 4-1-63, kamimito, Mitocity, Mito

"A very pleasant accommodation experience. The villa cabin was clean and tidy, and the courtyard was elegant and understated. The manager had an artistic temperament and was probably a designer, so the style of the courtyard and rooms was very artistic. I would stay here again next time I am in Japan."

"The hotel is located near Mito Station. You can enter directly from the parking lot after parking. There is a large shopping center next door, and the hotel also has a self-service laundry room, which is very convenient."

Dormy Inn Mito Natural Hot Spring ★★★
"I went to Mito to see the plum blossom festival at Kairakuen. The hotel was conveniently located with a bus stop right outside that goes to Kairakuen, Mito Station, and the seafood market. They also have soba noodles in the evening, and a bowl of noodles with bamboo shoots and a soft-boiled egg for a late-night snack is amazing."

"It's very new, only opening in November 2025. The twin room is a good size, but the latest Daikin air conditioner keeps making a motor-like noise. I observed it for a long time before realizing it was something like a smart eye moving around. I didn't sleep a wink all night!"
