"The front desk is very arrogant and rude! The only advantage is that the geographical location is suitable. When you finish a day's trip and want a quiet relaxing time, this place is absolutely not! It will be noisy until after one o'clock in the morning. The footsteps upstairs and the harsh sound of pushing the furniture. The next room is talking in a mess and laughing, and talking loudly in the corridor... You will have a headache!"

We lived downstairs, and the people upstairs were walking around the room all day long, so we couldn't sleep downstairs at all. They were still walking around very late at night and very early in the morning. We could hear them very clearly downstairs, so we couldn't sleep at all, and it was difficult to complain, so we didn't get a good rest."
