"We had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Belmont. The room was comfortable, clean and well maintained. The breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of options. The spa was nice, and the massage was particularly good. The main downsides were the relatively high price and the poor condition of the access road, which has quite a few potholes. Overall, a very enjoyable experience and a place I would gladly visit again."

"They Left Us Without Accommodation With a 5-Month-Old Baby We booked a Princess Room (approx. RON 1,400 per night) and called the hotel 5 days before our arrival to confirm that a baby cot would be available for our 5-month-old. They confirmed it would. At check-in, we were told the cot was already in the room. It wasn't. We were then kept waiting until almost 10:00 PM, when we were finally told that the hotel did not have any baby cots available. The front office manager refused to offer any meaningful solution, including relocation or assistance in finding suitable accommodation. At 11:00 PM, we had no choice but to leave for Braşov with our 5-month-old baby and pay for another hotel. A completely unacceptable experience and a serious lack of professionalism."

"This place used to be amazing with a great restaurant, we have stayed many times in the past years! Now it is just terrible! Rooms run down with carpet stains, NO room service to clean and bring new towels, nothing! No hello when you come back from hiking, no guest attitude, nothing left. Restaurant has been removed, there is a small dining room left with a joke for breakfast. Do NOT bother to come here anymore. The lounge has been "redesigned" with a bar where is just nobody there behind the bar all day long. It is such a pity, but this happens when you have new owners that don't care anymore."

"I stayed at Belmont Hotel while travelling for business, and I was very impressed. The hotel is beautiful, peaceful and very well maintained, with a great atmosphere and excellent service. A special mention to the receptionist, whose name I’ve forgotten, but she had green eyes and orange hair. She was exceptionally friendly, professional and welcoming, attentive and helpful, and made the whole experience even more pleasant, leaving a truly positive impression. Even though I was there for work, the stay felt more like a proper break. I would happily return and would definitely recommend Belmont Hotel to anyone travelling for business or leisure."

"Old retro style beautiful vila. Reception guy had difficulty in communicating in English. Rooms were comfortable. There is no AC so can be an issue for few, however we kept the windows open for natural cool breeze. Breakfast buffet was delicious with good options. There is a cute cat staying in the vila premises which was adorable. Location is 10 mins walk from the station & close by to all attractions. Overall wonderful stay to feel old world charm."

"We spent 22 days traveling through Romania by car, traveling from south to north, then west to Timisoara, and then back to the capital. It was quite a hassle to choose 9 hotels. Today we stayed in our second one, the 4-star Hotel Carpathia in Sinaia, which was much better than the 5-star Bucharest Grand I had imagined. It was even better than I had imagined. The room was clean, spacious, and elegantly decorated. The breakfast selection was guaranteed to be satisfying. I highly recommend this place."

"The hotel was totally renovated so everythimg is new . Unfortunatelly, someone did not think all the way, why the single matresses in all rooms? And not to speak about the fact that the matresses are extremely soft, there is no support to the back, I could not sleep all night long, also my husband. They could at least offer a topper, the bed is terrible. Also, in bathroom, the water will invade the floor all over in the moment you take a shower, they could think to put a door or at least to make a slope in order to keep the water inside. Such a pitty! Beacuse the hotel is beautiful, and it could be perfect. Restsurants are satisfactory but the bar is just perfect, very pleasant place with a perfect service."

"Our family has stayed at this hotel during ski season and in the Summer, and it is amazing. It's such a cozy place - the bar area downstairs is so comfortable, with couches, games, and books. The staff are incredibly friendly - they really go out of their way to help. And the restaurant downstairs is one of our favorites in Sinaia. I can't recommend this hotel enough. If you plan on going on the gondola for skiing or hiking, it's hard to beat this location. "
